New to the area and had my initial appointment with Dr. Hartzler and a dental cleaning. Thorough, knowledgeable, funny, and gentle are the words I would describe the doctor, hygienist and services provided. It is a comfortable office with both children and adult clients. The staff seems happy and content to be there - always a good sign in a dental office. Thanks for a smile, whiter than ever.

I have been going to North Country Dental for many years and I've always been satisfied with there services also they are a great group of professionals. I have had Denise Roberge as a Dental Hygienist for many years and she always does a great job on my teeth. She is very good and knowledgeable at her job! Have not been to a dentist in a decade and was nervous. Relaxing atmosphere upon entering. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Doctor and the professional staff were amazing. Did not reprimand me for my negligence and only wanted what was best for me. Gave options and explained them all and ensured that I was comfortable with the choices. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience. Will recommend to anyone.

As always, quite impressed with the service. Had not been in a while and my hygienist, Christy, was SUPER and gave me some very helpful simple tips for my sensitive teeth and it worked! And Dr. Schoenbeck - amazing with what he can do. Prices are so comparable or lower than other dentists and their honesty is appreciated when it comes to work needed. I left with a complete plan!

First rate first experience! It has been very hard to find quality dental care near western Maine since moving here 4 years ago.
I cold called North County Dental after reading reviews. Their reception desk made it clear they could figure out my retired military insurance. Their website and reminder call made patient onboarding easy. I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. I then had the most comprehensive dental exam of my life, including more X-ray angles I have ever had, gum recession and thickness? assessment, and a thorough exam by the doctor. This was followed up by a cleaning by a hygienist which was excellent.
Both the doctor and hygienist scheduled me on the spot for follow up appointments. I received a follow up text with these appointments which I could automatically plug into my phone calendar.
Everyone was happy but efficient and effective, even with COVID precautions. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

The staff at North Country Dental are phenomenal! As a new patient with a dental emergency they were able to get me in the next day.
