Never understood how dentists get away with this....patient spends HUNDREDS/MAYBE THOUSANDS on fillings, caps, etc....and when one of those caps or fillings fails withing 2 weeks it's the patients fault. How does that work? I provide a service as well where I work. If the product I provide my client breaks down within 2 weeks I fix or replace; no questions asked.

Worse front end people I have ever encountered. They made the mistake and it was very apparent they don't communicate with each other. Hung up on me when I tried to cancel and when I called back she started arguing with me saying I hung up on them??!!! Kelsie needs to find a job that doesn't deal with the public because dealing with her was like dealing with a 5 yr old. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! It was just another bad Dentist experience and because of them I will never go back to any dentist!! Oh and by the way, the tooth he filled, still having pain but that's ok I just don't chew on that side.
