Best Dental practice I have ever been to, the Dentist is the best and the office staff are superb. Everyone is caring and strive to provide their patients the best dental care possible. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Superb!!!!

Dr Fairweather and his staff are so wonderful and accommodating, from my first visit with a chipped tooth, to a teeth cleaning mixup prior to my wedding they still did, to fitting me in again because I did something I wasn’t supposed to and my tooth chipped again! The only other dentist I have known is my uncle and they make me feel like I’m at his office. Definitely recommend them!

I want to say special thanks to Donna who helped me schedule my cleaning along with an immediate need to see Dr Fairweather as I was experiencing increasing pain more frequently. She went out of her way to get my appointments back to back ASAP. What a thorough cleaning and exam, the hygienist was professional & so pleasant & she remembered me even though it had been over 5 years since I was last in - insurance changed. So glad to be back! Though I was willing to have whatever it took to stop the pain - Dr. F & his assistant informed me that I have been grinding my teeth night & day. Drilling wasn’t the solution- keeping my teeth apart was! I am grateful that they were not quick to remove my bridge, or drill thru my crown. I’ve been Wearing a night guard & practicing keeping my teeth apart now that I am aware. Feeling better already. Excellent staff & service. Thank you to all.

I have seen several dentists in the last few years and honestly they were the first honest people I have had the pleasure of being with. I gave my history and concerns and they definitely took the time to listen with compassion and understanding what I needed.
I stayed with a wonderful woman named Donna the entire time and I never sat alone waiting!
I had my special panoramic X-ray from Sharon who was also accommodating since I’m handicapped. The head dentist Dr. Drew Fairweather Came in and explained everything from the beginning of the process to the end of everything I was looking for. He didn’t rush anything and because I will require bone grafting and I never had this explained to me before especially by a professional. He covered any and every possible outcome, much information I had never heard of or truly understood before.
I was completely satisfied and look forward to having my next appointment to get started on the final journey to an issue that hasn’t been taken seriously before .

Honestly I don't like going to the dentist. I think that's a sentiment that resonates with many people. However, the doctor and staff here are very friendly, accommodating, and make each visit a pleasant experience. Despite them going at my teeth with sharp objects, the procedures I've had with them have been both comfortable and well done. Even though they are a bit further away from where I live, it's definitely worth the trip

My experience at Better Image Dentistry has been wonderful! I'm so grateful to Dr. Fairweather who has worked with me every step of the way on my treatment. He is incredibly smart and does a wonderful job and has changed my perception of going to the dentist. Marie and Donna are bright, beautiful faces when you first walk into the office. They're always smiling and happy to help with everything. Sharon and the rest of the staff made me feel right at home and have made every effort to support me. They will work with me and do whatever is needed to make me feel better about the entire visit and they always make me smile. Even though Dr. Dodd doesn't do my dental work, he always talks to me and asks how I'm doing. He treats me like a patient regardless and I really appreciate that! I highly recommend Better Image Dentistry because they've changed my life and I'm actually happy when I get to go see everyone at the office!

If you ever need a dentist and want a good job done this is the place where you should go. I had a big job do get done, from a former bad orthodontic work done in my teens I had no root left on my 4 front teeth, I knew I needed implants but was very nervous about it. Dr. Fairweather explained everything to me, the whole process, he suggested the best options including getting Invisaligns to have the whole work done properly, he would not just sell you treatments you don't need, like many others do. He was very patient and did an outstanding job. Needles to say all my process took almost 2 years because it was a lot and I always felt like home when I was there. The assistants are amazing, Sharon and Carolina really make you feel good and they are very knowledgeable as well. I have a smile that I love now, patience paid off and the perfectionist and attention to detail job from Dr. Fairweather did as well. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a dentist with my eyes closed.

I have been a patient here for over 10 years. I always have a pleasant experience when I go for a cleaning (or even the occasional filling). The staff are friendly and do a great job. Dr. Fairweather has very high standards on the quality of his work, and reminds me more of an artist than a dentist when crafting the fillings.
