My daughter was scheduled to have cavities filled. We waited almost 45 minutes only to be told by the dentist (Dr. Nash), that it would take "too long". He wasn't expected patients to actually show up because it was Black Friday. I am highly disappointed in what transpired and that I have to take more time off because the dentist did not feel like working because it was the day after a holiday. I've been with this practice since it was Suluki and Associates and never experienced such unprofessional behavior.

This dentist office is HORRIBLE!! Front desk staff isn’t welcoming. I’ve had my appt get rescheduled for months. They don’t call in advance, they call the day of to cancel/reschedule your appt. The doctor keep calling out, going on vacations, or having emergencies. Finally showed for my appt and they looking at me crazy and don’t know what I’m there for. Only thing I did like about this place is the dental hygienist, she’s great. Two thumbs down for this place!

Don’t go here. Horrible service. I got a resin composite done with three corrections and it popped off same day. Had to go again the next day. (Still got my time wasted)
Last thing, Your time is not respected. You get delayed and the front end staff are not necessarily the best.

Today is my appointment. They canceled it yesterday and they said that Orthopedics was not going to be in yet. I found out that on Orthopedics is the one that deals with braces. I don’t have braces . I am only getting check out what they did to me. They put two porcelain tooth and they just want see an update on it. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. They basically kicked my appointment off to go to someone else basically so now it’s showing that I’m not in the system for an appointment means they gave it to somebody else..

Zero stars. They have a rough handed turn style approach to patient care. The front staff is incompetent. Schedule an appointment and they won’t be able to find it. After wasting your time they shrug their shoulders and say nothing we can do. Save your time and money.

One star is too many. The management does not respond to your calls or emails. Every time I call to speak to the billing manager, I'm told that they are "in a meeting". I'll leave voicemails but months will go by without any response. I highly recommend to stay far away from this place. It seems like a very sketchy business.

I went to this dentist because it was the only one locally that took my insurance.
I would like to mention that the ladies at the front desk are extremely rude. Every time I spoke to them, they gave me unnecessary attitude.
I went for a root canal and it was done in two separate appointments…..over a month apart from each other. The temporary crown they gave me kept falling off. After the surgery was complete, they told me they didn’t have any appointments until OCTOBER! (This was in MARCH!!!)
I now have an infection in this root canal site from them not completing the surgery fast enough. The endodondist wants me to pay $1000 out of of pocket to retreat the area. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance. Save your time. Save your money. Save your teeth. Go elsewhere.

These people are incompetant! At least the financa operations manager. I have been dealing with them for months for an apparently unpaid claim from one of my husbands visits. The first time I spoke with them, they told me it was fine, an issue they were dealing with for claims after December first due to some sort of system change over. They were resubmitting and no action was needed on my part. Well, we kept getting past due notices in the mail. I finally call my insurancr, and they have never heard from the dental office!! When they did not receive payment, why on EARTH would they not call the insurance company to figure out what was going on??? That is their job no? Long story short, my insurance company did find an error, reissued payment. I have called to try and speak with financing department over 4 times, the receptionist even told me they gave them a hand written note. I emailed twice. And have heard absolutely diddly squat from anyone! These people are the worst.

Horrible experience with the so called operations leader/manager.
My insurer processed my claim under an incorrect record they had on file for the dental office and New Jersey dental (Burlington) did not receive a payment. The insurer admitted their mistake and they processed the amount. The issue is we can't get a hold of Jersey dental. Calling them seems to be a waste of time. Unresponsive to emails as well.
Countless calls and emails with no response
How are we supposed to sort this out if MAPD burlington LLC cannot respond to emails/calls? Very unprofessional! I'm glad I left.
