I have never been to an office that made me feel more comfortable,.. as they were able to see me immediately when I called them for severe pain. The staff went over and above to make me feel at ease. Staff has been amazing throughout the changes and the pandemic. Holly does an awesome job at the desk helping me organize and remind me of appointments with my very large family. Dr Guinard was great, but we lucked out with someone that even he can be happy with handing the torch to.

Dr. Guignard was great and I am sure the new Dentist is probably wonderful. Unfortunately we will not be returning as the receptionist is incompetent and discriminatory. She has a poor attitude and lacks compassion and professionalism. We had issues with billing and appointments, so she treated us poorly. We questioned charges that we had. An appointment had to be cancelled because my husband was sick. The last straw was reaching out to get an appointment this week for a broken tooth. This was the front desk response. "We will not be able to schedule an appointment for you or your family due to very poor history with our office. I previously spoke with your wife a while back in reference to this. We wish you well." What a shame for the new Dentist. This certainly does not reflect their Mission statement.

From the moment you enter the facility the staff is very friendly and professional. While being check they ask you about how comfortable are you with the procedure. They are aware that you are a human and not just a mouth that needs service. I will Reccomend this office and their staff.

We have been coming to our Dentist, Yvonne Kierman D.M.D. at Premier Dentistry of Morris for a few years now, and always leave with a big and clean smile 😃 my whole family comes here and I have referred a few friends as well, just sharing how good our dentist is with us. Does not matter the day or the time they will always answer us to see us if we have any tooth emergency, and we truly appreciate it.

This was my first time going to the dentist since Covid hit. I was greeted in the most friendly manner and felt like the pro cautionary protocol was safely done.
My cleaning was done by the dentist herself and she was very well masked which made me feel very safe.
Overall a 5 star rating!
