I'm really disappointed and still in a lot of pain, my so call appointment that took 2weeks to get seen my tooth ended up getting infected due to the fact that I waited over 2 weeks being miserable in alot of pain for the so call dentist to tell me he couldn't destract my tooth because it was infected, what a waste of time, oh of course they are billing my insurance for what for nothing. Not even a medication prescription. This place is not what it used to be, it's gone downhill.

Community Dental has very nice staff and they did their best to make me comfortable. Dr. Mason is very skilled and will explain what he is doing and answer your questions. The X-Ray tech Kelly is excellent! And all the reception staff is very knowledgeable and bilingual. The facilities are old, but the staff does a great job of keeping their place clean and tidy and they’re getting a new addition this summer.

I’m new here, so these are first, positive impressions: Friendly and efficient staff. Genuinely care about patients. Warm atmosphere. Expanding/renovating — some minor/workable accessibility issues for now — work looks promising! Use latest technology. Dr. Lantz seems great. (They hope to hire another dentist by March 2022?!) Services in Spanish and English. Will happily assist you with financial aid, payment plans, etc.

The customer service here is very professional. Louisa At the front desk was very sweet and it helped that she was able to talk to my grandma in Spanish, it made it so much easier for her. Dr. Lantz was fantastic, professional, and did a great job!

Normally I have great experiences here, but my last cleaning was a disaster. The entire process felt rushed. To the point that the hygienist forewent cleaning an entire quadrant. Less than a week later I was in so much pain I couldn’t eat or sleep. Turns out I had a cracked filling in a molar that may or may not have been caused by this visit. I went to a different clinic which informed me that I will need at least two procedures to correct this and may still lose the tooth. They also commented that though my oral hygiene was good, I was in need of a cleaning.
