I have never been afraid of the dentist but trying to find a good place has been impossible these past 6 years. I finally got insurance and decided to try Aspen Dental in Hobbs,NM. I am beyond impressed. Every single person,from the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor was wonderful. I didn't feel like just a person they wanted in and out as fast as possible, i was treated like a patient. I ended up needing quite a bit of work and information ran by me and it was all explained easily. They went over my images and options. I left the office knowing exactly what my fees would be for each workup. Although having to get work done isn't always pleasant, at least the atmosphere and people are great.

I was pleasantly surprised at the experience I had at Aspen Dental. I was heart broken when my Dentist passed, Dr. Henderson. Not because he was such a great dentist but a great person too. We truly miss him!
Everything was smooth and the employees were very professional and efficient!

I highly recommend Mahogany the dental hygienist. She is so gentle very considerate. The deep cleaning I had was the best dental experience I have had. I really appreciated the way she explained what she was going to do. The staff is very friendly and helpful, if you have a question they take the time to explain.

The staff was great both upfront and the ones working in the back. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but I had a surprisingly pleasant experience. Definitely recommend

My first time going to the Aspen Dental. It was a great experience starting with the receptionist. She was very helpful . It was not long when I was taken to the hygienist and she checked all the x-rays the very experienced radiologist had taken. Then the dentist saw me. Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional.

Getting in and getting out. They explain everything from the xrays to the dental plan. Also everything is in 3D. Would i recommend Aspen??? 👍

Aspen Dental is a first class facility. The entire staff went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. The examination, consultation and explanation of the procedures I need were all done very professionally. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for anyone needing dental work.

Big ol' Bait & Switch SCAM. Verified over two phone calls how much all of my fillings would be (7). Scheduled an appt. for the following day to go ahead and knock it out. Upon arrived the quote was $116 more than expected because I ended up needing 9 instead of 7 fillings. Which confused me that 2 extra fillings would be $116 more when 7 were $130.51.. Come to find out SANDY doesn't remember quoting me $130.51 for "all" of my 7 fillings, that was a quote for only 5 of them! Then it was the deductible that was making the difference, this and that. Excuses after excuses because their numbers didn't add up. They'll tell you one thing, try to get you a scheduled appt. then the price changes. Then they wonder why I didn't pay via the link they sent me, because this isn't the first time it's happened. They're known for the old bait & switch scam!! Took off work for this waste of an appt. so not only am I losing money for missing a day of work, I also didn't get the service I was told or expected. Save your money and spend it a better facility. It'll save you time and money!!

Such friendly staff, first visit ever and they made me feel perfectly fine, talked me through the process of everything going on, introduced themselves, they were super helpful, attentive, and made sure i understood the process of what’s to come in the future! Definitely recommend, thank you Aspen dental staff you girls are amazing!
