When I called to make appointments for my family I was told they are in network with our insurance. I found out after we were seen they are not in network. They were very rushed and lazy. They didn’t probe our gums, didn’t floss our teeth and I’m not even sure the dentist looked at our xrays. We decided to go to another dentist that was in network. The new dentist found many things that were missed at care dental. If we had stayed with Care we wouldn’t have had these issues fixed until they became a big problem. Very obvious things on the xrays that needed attention were completely ignored. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Really friendly staff. They do a great job at explaining everything thoroughly. Love that they are open on Saturdays with our crazy work schedule. I would definitely recommend coming here for your dental needs.

My mother needed a tooth extraction and was very nervous. The staff and the dentist were excellent. The procedure was over before she even new it! Absolutely no pain afterward.

We are new to the area and in search of a local dentist for the family. Of course I googled some listings and read the reviews. CareDental has 4.9 rating and 100+ reviews. I am not sure how. Although the cash price for exam and X-ray were very reasonable we feel like we got what we paid for. :(
My husband had a service level filling done in August and has been back twice since then to get it fixed. Today we had to start over with a new dentist. New dentist was great and fixed the issue on the 1st try. I hate that we had to learn the hard way but I do hope we help others in preventing this issue from happening again. Wasted time and money down the drain - Double paying bc the issue wasn't fixed properly. We do not recommend this place.
