Excellent Dentist and Staff! I went in for teeth cleaning and had x-rays done as well. From the moment I walked in, I felt it would go well! Beautiful, clean office with pleasant and friendly staff. My Hygienist was professional, caring and very knowledgeable. He answered my questions and provided a wealth of information! You could tell he had been doing his job for many years (Not a Newbie)! He was gentle, yet thorough. My dentist was great as well! So glad I found my Lifetime Dental office! They really earned my 5 Star Review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤠 Thank you Southwest Family Dental!🙏

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and at this facility. They were able to get me in very quickly, and were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I needed dental x-rays for a surgery elsewhere in just under a week, and even though they were just moving in to their new building and didn't have the x-ray machine installed yet, they assured me that they would either have the vendor there to install it in time or would find me a place I could get it done. As promised they had everything ready for me. All of my services were done in a gentle and professional manner. I'm super pleased and would 10/10 recommend.

The woman at the front was very friendly and the dental staff were amazing with my 3 year old. They were so patient and included him in what they were doing. His favorite part was Bo and Ava the emotional support animals on staff, who also helped make his visit go smoothly and were so gentle and sweet. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Was recommended by a friend. Everyone at the office is great, they are friendly and professional. I love Dr. Wen Liao she is sweet and very patient and does great work! Definitely recommend to to anyone looking for a dentist here in town

Moved from Montana this is my 1st visit.
Excellent service. Got in next day. Minimum paperwork. Excellent hygienist. Excellent Dentist. Caring. Excellent office help including front desk. Explained everything.
Will definitely use again.

The staff, techs, & hygienists are all great at Southwest Family Dental, but Dr. Liao is awful. She's great at working on teeth, sure, but she is a very rude person--particularly to staff. She barked about 100 orders at the hygienist when I was getting my wisdom tooth pulled, right in front of me (I was not on a general anesthetic), without ever expressing so much as an ounce of manners or gratitude. Meanwhile, the hygienist was busy working on my teeth alongside Dr. Liao, and had her hands full. The hygienist was always very respectful to Dr. Liao but received no respect back whatsoever.

Dr. Liao wasn't necessarily the nicest to me, either, but I'm assuming that's because I'm a Medicaid patient and probably don't make her much money (mind you, I am on Medicaid because I am in medical school and cannot afford out-of-pocket insurance for the time being, not just trying to "live off the system"). After my first appointment (dental cleaning) with Dr. Liao, she never called in a prescription, even after I left 2 voicemails and a text to remind her. She didn't provide any information about what to expect after wisdom tooth extraction, what medications I would be receiving (which included an opioid, a drug that could be dangerous) and how to use , how to care for my sockets, etc. Meanwhile, when I had my 3 other wisdom teeth extracted 2 years ago from a different dentist in Colorado, I received papers explaining everything I needed to know and do. Again, I am a medical student, so I am familiar with basic pharmacology and medical care and could take care of the matter myself, but she was not aware of that, and it shouldn't matter anyway--it's the principle that she does not care much about her patients that matters.

I really hope the employees under Dr. Liao find a different, more polite and kind doc to work with. They deserve so much better.

I went in to see about dentures. The receptionists made me feel very welcome the nurse was awesome and the doctor fantastic. They extracted all my teeth on my first visit. In a few wks I'll be ready for my dentures. THANK YOU GUY. LOVE YA ALL

1/10 this was probably one of my worst experiences ever at a dental clinic…
upon arrival everything seemed fine normal check in the lady at the front was professional and direct. Once being called to the back I was not introduced to the dental hygienist which i thought was strange given he’d be working on me, most dentist/staff is welcoming make you feel comfortable and even expain the procedures this one did not…by the way I never got his name. the staff seemed uninterested & I didnt feel welcomed at all. the hygienist was rude and followed me out into the waiting room with an dispute/altercation in which 3 other staff members were there to witness… after my so called cleaning, I debated leaving a review but after some time i felt people should know the staff was VERY unprofessional !! one wearing joggers and sweat pants to work? I didnt get the name of the hygienist he should not be working there if he has no basic form of communicating with clients and/or patients for that matter. Id never recommended this facility out of fear that they will have the same if not worse experience.

I absolutely love Dr. Wen Liao. I’ve been seeing her for over 5 years now and she has really helped my dental health. She has a gentle touch and has calmed my dental anxiety. Thank you Dr. Wen Liao and your team. I am forever grateful for your patience, understanding, and help on my way back to a healthy smile.

Wonderful staff!! Thank you for making our first visit amazing. They are very patient and full of information. It was our first time as family going to a dentist in Las Cruces, NM and my son agrees we wont be going anywhere else! We absolutely love them! Thank you for not being judgemental and being kind!
