So. To start off, I don't just have anxiety about going to the dentist. I have a PHOBIA. Even more so considering the reviews of 2-6 years ago. But the staff greeting me and preparing me has been my best experience ever with going to the dentist. I went out of necessity, a broken wisdom tooth needed to be pulled. Dr. Liao and her team was truly amazing! They explained everything, sat me down and humored my fears, gave me plenty of options but I chose to get it over with. Not gonna lie, the first attempt hurt pretty bad, but the Dr. explained that can happen if the tooth has an infection underneath, which it turned out to have. She catefully added more shots, further in and further back this time and the second attempt was a flying success, no pain at all.
Only 3 things I would criticize about this place.
1. The appearance if the place seems a bit run down, and maybe a bit ancient technology-wise, but that just proved to me that judging a book by its cover is not something to be done. Looks can be deceiving.
2. Waiting too long after the local anesthetic injections is not a good thing.
3. This is a definite suggestion to the Dr's and staff.
Your AFTERCARE needs serious work. I felt like I was rushed/kicked out of the door before even having the slightest time to recuperate or ask any more question or gain my bearings. Not rudely, but dismissively. I realize it can get late in the day and all you want to do is go home or that you may have another patient to care for, but this attribute is absolutely ESSENTIAL for any dr/patient relationship and a time when you can rely on your staff, if not yourself, to make a person feel cared about and looked after. Just a heads up.
Oh.... and invest in stress balls or something for your patients to squeeze when they are anxious, afraid or in pain. ^_~ (They went through the trouble of finding a small pillow wrapped in plastic, for hygienic reasons, for me to squeeze and bear down on.) ^_^
Other than those 3 gripey things, truly the best experience I've had. Two thumbs way way up. ^_^

Great place to go i was so scared to get my teeth pulled because there so sensitive. But Dr.Wen Liao is amazing and cares for you she had my teeth out in 5 minutes. Best dentist yet i recommend going to this place and the staff is amazing friendly and caring. I walked in thinking there gonna judge me for my teeth but no they welcomed me like i was a friend thank you so much cant wait to get my new teeth

I had a crown that broke off and damaged a couple of teeth, getting scheduled was quick and easy.
Dr. Wen Liao is very personable and knowledgeable, I felt that she had my best interest at heart and advised me of my options. Her staff is very nice and helpful too.
The kind of folks no one would mind being friends with.
