The personnel at Familia Dental could not have been nicer. They worked me into their already crowded schedule. I arrived with severe pain in a crowned tooth. Stephanie took an x-ray (painless) and Dr. Ramya discovered that I needed a root canal. Dr. Ramya gave me some antibiotics and pain medicine and referred me to an endodontist he felt was a good fit for my situation. I could not happier, well maybe if I didn't need a root canal, but they were outstanding.

All the staff was very pleasant, from checking in, to the tech, to the doctor. I was left waiting for a bit but the doctor apologized a few times and thanked me for my patience. Very transparent on what work they recommend and how much it will cost.

There should be a no star. Do not go here. They told me 2 years ago my sons braces would be $4200 and my obligation was half and insurance paid half, so my obligation was $2100. I went to make my last payment today and they told me instead of my ending balance of $97.00 I now owe $1000 more dollars because the insurance only paid half. Really 2 years later. I don't think so I am not paying it, Now I don't know how to get his braces off cause they wont take them off till I pay another $1000. This is horrible!!!

Worst dentist ever!! I went in for a filling and the first time i go in as a patient to get any service with them, the dentist rushes through the process and makes my tooth look like it has ridges on it, then i call her back to fix it and she comes in all mad and tells me that if she smoothes it out too much that she cant fix it without even asking me too look at what i wanted her to fix or anything. What the hell you doing being a dentist for if you cant fix teeth that YOU messed up!!!!!! And she was rude to my daughter !!!! My daughter that is 4 years old and she wants to be talking to her with an attitude like if she is an adult. Worst place ever!!!!
