Dana has been my dental hygienist for many years starting at a different dental office. I love her so much I followed her to this practice and drive 40 minutes one way to my appointments. She is the best! Dr. Sullivan is great too, works quickly and efficiently. Everyone in the office is friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend this practice!

I did not experience COVID screening prior to my appointment, which concerned me. Neither the doctor or my hygienist wore appropriate eye protection. If they aren’t taking these precautions, what other shortcuts are they taking?

I feel very comfortable and safe visiting this office during the pandemic. Clean and welcoming, the staff is all fantastic. Love my hygienist!! The bird feeder outside her window is entertaining, especially to someone who has a fear of the dentist! Highly recommend.

I was in Buffalo for a family emergency, I grew up there and know the area. Hamburg dentistry was right around the corner from my old house, so I went there when I had severe tooth pain. Long story short, I went back home to North Carolina after my dads funeral. I had a cavity filled and a crown replaced with them (BACK IN JULY 2017)* it was run through insurance and as far as I know, no payment needed on my part. Fast forward to March 2019, I get a call from them saying they need over $1000 for the work they did.... 2 years ago. They never ONCE contacted me, they have my number, old and new address. Very poor customer service skills with the staff, not a welcoming environment whatsoever. I’ve always been nervous of mouthwork, and would definitely NOT recommend this office.

The staff is very friendly, well organized and timely. The office is clean and a comfortable atmosphere. Staff communicates well with you so you know what to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan and staff of Hamburg Dentistry.

I was seeing Dr. Sullivan at a different location in Buffalo and he was amazing! Found out he is no longer with that other location and only at Hamburg… but they don’t take my health insurance here. I’m super sad that I have to find a new dentist! Not easy when you have received awesome service from Dr. Sullivan.

I have been going there for more than 20 yrs Dr. T was the greatest. His pick for his replacement is just as good. But Dana the Hygenist is awesome, caring, and professional. Not picky (pun) but thorough.
