Lets talk about why i think this dentist is not a good dentist. I first picked Dr. Lo because of his five star rating and when i went to him he was very skilled in everything he did i was very pleased i was going to Dr. Lo for about one year and there was no problems. I thought to myself wow this is great i have finally found my dentist. I was wrong. Over the winter from 2020 to2021 i did not leave my house for fear i would slip in the snow and get injured. I have very bad arthritis in my knees. I wanted to make an appointment to be seen in early April in of 2021 Dr. Lo accused me of seeing another dentist and would not let me make a appointment I told him i did not but he did not believe i told him if he would just give me an appointment he would see i did not go to another dentist he still refused i told him i had a swollen gum in my mouth and this was an emergency he still did not care. I was so disappointed in his behavior. To this date i still have not found a dentist and my gums of gotten worse. I don’t understand how a dentist can accuse someone of doing something they did not do and be so dismissive. Although i do think Dr. Lo is a skilled dentist be very careful in choosing this dentist because if you do something he deems wrong your thrown out of his practice whether you actually did something wrong or not. This was very disappointing and this is the only reason i think Dr. Peter Lo is a Bad dentist!

United Family Dentists has been our family dentist for many years. It’s a safe and clean dental practice. Even though Dr. Sung is semi-retired, Dr. Chan and Dr. Lo are very professional and thorough. The supporting staff are friendly and very accommodating. Due to Covid-19 safety, there’s a wellness survey before arriving and temperature check upon arrival. Appointments are space apart to limit contact with other patient. This definitely made me feel safe.

The front staff was extremely friendly, patient and very informative. I saw Sr. Peter Lo and he was straight forward and informed me of every detail for what was needed after 2 YEARS of not having a cleaning and annual check up. Very friendly all around. Highly recommend. I wish I could remember the X-ray techs name but she was phenomenal as well and very sweet as well as patient since my teeth were bothering me

I’ve had the best and most comfortable dental care experience ever at UFD. The place is sparkling clean and Covid-19 preventative measures are strictly enforced. This is a huge reassurance for people seeking dental care during these times. Everyone from the reception desk to the dental assistants and doctors are extremely professional and patient when it comes to my needs and questions. They have worked diligently to provide me an exceptional experience. Dr. Lo and Dr. Chan are great at what they do and are very knowledgeable. They were in no rush during my visit and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Yuko, the hygienist is amazing as well. I also appreciate Jennifer, the office manager for her attention to detail when it comes to explaining my insurance benefits. She is also a strong advocate for the patients when it comes to communicating with the insurance companies on the patients’ behalf. All in all, I highly recommend UFD for anyone looking for exceptional dental care and services!

Great dentist office. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Lo and his assistant was very nice, went through details and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Will definitely refer to friends.

Great practice. The office is highly organized and the front desk is great at accommodating people. Very clean neat space and the actual dentists are very considerate and good at what they do. So glad I have a new dentist!
