I’ve been going there my whole life. I absolutely loved Dr. Jones and miss him but I still love the whole crew there now. They are all very kind, respectful, and they follow all COVID protocols. I grew up in Oswego but moved 40 minutes away years ago. However, I still make the trip to go there instead of getting a dentist closer to home. It’s an added bonus that I get a nice little goodie bag when I leave!

I called mid afternoon with a loose crown going into a busy weekend. The staff called be right back and got in right away. Dr. Dylan & Lisa made me very comfortable and took care of the problem on very short notice. Experience was Great!

After my dentist moved, I started asking friends and family for recommendations. Dr. Nylen and staff was highly recommended by several of my friends. The excellent care from Dr Nylen, her dental hygienist is superior than my original dentist. I highly recommend Oswego Family Dentistry.
Oswego Family Dentistry is absolutely the top of excellent dental care in Central NewYork. Dr Nylen is the best dentist that has worked on my teeth. I am so thankful that my friend recommended her. She is the best. The hygienist that cleans my teeth is wonderful. She makes me feel calm and always takes time to ensure my teeth are clean. I recommend Oswego Family Dentistry to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
My appointment for cleaning today was with a different hygienist as my regular hygienist has retired. This made me a little anxious. But the new hygienist was very understanding and was excellent taking x-rays of my teeth. This new hygienist is wonderful. I would recommend her if anyone is looking for a hygienist that is gentle and does an excellent job cleaning. My teeth looks and feels clean.

Hygienist was very thorough taking time to go over details of the cleaning and explained what she was doing.
Also, she told me to swallow intermittently which is always a concern !
Dr. Nylen proposed a few options for tooth replacement and explained in detail the x-rays which revealed a few cracks.

My dentist was first Dr. Jones at Oswego Family Dentistry. Like many others, going to the dentist isn't something I truly enjoy doing, but I have always felt comfortable here. I called for an emergency appointment & got in within a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Nylen was very thorough & extremely compassionate about the situation. I have always appreciated the respect shown from everyone in the office. I will forever be a patient!

Personnel are always polite and professional. Their place of business is very clean. About 99% of the time, they take you to exam rooms at the scheduled appointment time. Their equipment seems to keep up with the times.
