Dr. Chang is an effective communicator, and his office has a good service model with great staff. I stayed as long as I needed to. Dr. Chang was very quick at diagnosis. Hygienist was considerate and careful. The office verifies insurance beforehand to ease operations and financing. Multilingual staff are able to communicate in English, Cantonese Chinese and Mandarin Chinese.

Wonderful dental office. Dr. Chang truly takes the time to discuss a patient’s needs to arrive at the best and most cost effective solution. Other dentists wanted to charge me over $3,000 for what Dr. Chang would charge $1,850 for. He runs an honest office!

Prolonged a very needed dentist appointment because of the virus going around. Everything went smoothly with scheduling appointment and my eventual root canal I had today went smoothly. My visit transpired over the course of one hour- appointment time was spot on and the actual procedure took half an hr. Half a day passed and no pain in the area of root canal. Would recommend to others!
