I switch to this dental office for a personal reason. And I’m happy that I wasn’t wrong making this decision. Everyone knows that your dentist and eye doctor are most important than physicians.
From the minute you enter this office you get a very good, professional service. Nigina at the front desk is not the person who is only sitting there and takes care of the phone calls. She is very respectful, knowledgeable and even more. Very energetic girl, nice. Love here.
Dr. Michael I believe is the best dentist I ever met. He is young but very smart. Usually young doctors don’t sound knowledgeable because they don’t have much experience. But not Dr.Michael. He knows what he is doing, he never will do something just to charge money. If you don’t need a procedure or it will not benefit you he always will explain. Not like other doctors, they see only $$ signs.
I don’t remember the name but doctors assistant girl is very nice too, cares about patients.
If anyone needs a dentist, don’t even afraid that Dr.Michael is not old man with experience:)) He is young and I believe has a new vision and technology for better help.
I’m always careful with Dentist. And that’s why I want to give 5 even 10 Stars to this office and their team.

I had Dr. Mike Sam as a dentist and I am happy to report that I think he is a great dentist. It is unusual in my experience to be given choices, but Dr. Mike was happy to give me three choices. Those were root canal treatment remove the tooth and preserve the socket for implant or just remove the tooth. Even though Dr. Bella is no longer here as a practicing dentist I was comfortable with Dr. Mike, I think he is honest and fair and I will be staying here as a patient.

Exceptionally clean, nice dentist and receptionist Dr Mike was straight forward. Highly recommend.

I must Start by saying I HATED going to the dentist! But who doesn’t right? This has been the best experience from before even stepping foot in the office. Reception is so proactive with every step from setting you up with your appointment to the after care and making sure all your needs are met. I’m bad with names but the woman who perform my extraction was amazing! She talked me through everything and calmed me down while I was Super panicky, I felt Nothing!! Making sure she gave me every option necessary, and every step for after care. She was super sweet! I’m definitely staying in this clinic! Never been this comfortable! If you have any doubts, DONT! They are amazing! Thank you!

This is an extremely well run dental practice. Everybody there whom I have dealt with is extremely professional and helpful. I have been a patient there for over six years, and have always received expert advice regarding treatment, insurance and everything in between. As I said, everybody is excellent but special shout out should go to Nagina for her fantastic help to me with my Insurance.

Dr.Michael and his associates did a great job. They took me in last minute and I left with a smile ;)

Dr. Bella Normatov is a wonderful dentist. I brought my two sons here and my little one is 8 years old, I was so scared he will give her hard time, but thanks to this amazing doctor. She made him so comfortable and was so gentle with him. I will recommend everyone to her office. Office staff is very professional and polite. Whole process was so easy for us. Also her office is very clean and organized.

So let me start by saying this office was actually a nice place. I saw Dr Gulman she was really nice she did two crowns on myself. I went to her last week I needed a cleaning to be done and a extraction she told me she can do my extraction if I want on this appointment I told her no I think I need more time she told me that I needed a bone graph which is 750 I told her I will think about it and let her know am a mom with two little kids working part time I don't have that kind of money. When I got to the appointment for the extraction she told me oh I will just refer you to a oral surgeon to do you extraction I said ok I told the front desk like I just wasted my time coming out here and I told the front desk a day before my appointment to let the dr know I wouldn't be doing the bone graph they said ok just let her know like why waste my time ????

The receptionist Faze (Spelling), is Guyanese/Indian. She Was very harsh and rude. She thought I was illiterate because I did not want to fill out the application electronically. I brought the issue to the dentist, dr. Gelman, but she quickly changed the subject. Their first impression of me was my skin color, and I had my hair tied with a green bandana, gangster, right? If I were Caucasian, I am sure I would not have gotten that type of treatment today. I hope this place gets sued one day for discrimination! Now I have something to tell my Science Class on Monday, Thanks Faze, for being so unprofessional. I hope you find another job because you are not happy.

Best experience I have had at any dentist. This is the first time I can actually say I have had a positive experience at a dentist. I am someone that’s terrified of going to the dentist, but my doctor at Soft Touch Dental makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Inessa is the best. Everyone there at the office are very friendly, and make you feel welcomed and comfortable.
