I chose to contact this practice because the website said that they can accommodate patients with dental anxiety and because of the outstanding reviews it has received. I was able to get in for a consultation fairly quickly. Despite my anxiety, the staff was kind. When I left I was told someone would contact me in regards to my care plan and what I could expect as far as costs. That was early September, it’s now October and no one has gotten back to me. I called them again and someone took my name and number and assured me I would get a call back. That was two weeks ago. Now I am back at square one looking for a new dentist which is unfortunate. I’m not going to say don’t go here, however I hope they don’t drop the ball with other new patients like they did me.

The dentistry was great! The receptionist was awesome in helping us with what to do because our insurance did not cover the visit,she worked with us and made it afforable .see also gave my niece a complimentary gift on our first visit,which was very sweet! I was very impressed by the friendlyness of the staff!

Had the best experience here today. The crown broke off my front upper tooth over the weekend. I went to Aspen dental yesterday and had the worst experience they told me they could not fix it for 2 weeks they would not even put a temporary on. So I called Greece Family Dental this morning and they got me in as a new patient and they put a temporary crown on my tooth. Thank you so much for caring about your patients and giving such amazing customer service!!

Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. My insurance would not allow a visit, and your office provided a complimentary x-ray and exam. Your staff still spent quality time with me. We will be doing what we can to try to come back in the near future. We can't do anything about our insurance until next year, but we will be trying to change things so we can have our visits with your office instead.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable. My one criticism is that there were several employees who did not have masks covering their noses, which made me feel unsafe. It was awkward to have to explain to medical professionals that they need to also cover their noses, especially when I was in a vulnerable, unmasked position. I hope that safety protocols are more firmly in place during my next visit.

Bith the hygienist and the doctoe were thourough when discusing their services, but refrained from being pushy when it came to giving me suggestions. They even made me aware of a promotion for new patients that let met save some money. I usually avoid getting dental work done due to my past experiences, but I'd openly recommend this office.
