Been coming here since I was a baby! They did my braces and just recently I needed my chipped tooth fixed and they got me in right away! You can’t even tell it was done. Dr. Brenner was always great as I was growing up and now Dr. Medler is filling his shoes very well. Dr. Medler always makes you feel at ease and comfortable, and makes sure to explain everything that will be done. Highly recommend if you need a dentist!

Very detailed in explaining all whats going on medically. Answers questions thoroughly. Warm environment & staffed that makes you feel welcomed. Doesn’t pressure you to change any lifestyle choices, suggests ways to work together. My 4 year old daughter loved her time here as well.

I needed an emergency repair for a broken, capped tooth. An "iffy" repair at best. I was seen right away (of course with no appointment) and was back home in under an hour. In recognition of the emergency, I couldn't ask for a better response or care. North Coast always comes through for me and my family.

Well what can I say? My wife wrote a bad review because of an unprofessional treatment we got from their pediatric doctor Ritu Shah and guess what happened next they kicked out our whole family out of their service.
I mean writing a review is all we can do as a patient if we felt like we are being mistreated especially if our kids are involved. Tell me what is wrong with this picture? My daughter got ADHD and taking pills for it. the doctor's advice is to take only 1 pill/ day for 8 hrs effect . She had school for 8hrs and she usually took the pill before school, because of that routine I forgot that she has a dental appointment after school and Dr. Shah wants her to take the pill before the procedure. So my wife explained to her what happened that we are sorry because we also had to go to work early morning and we forgot about the dental appointment that my wife had to go under time from work just to attend with my daughter's needs. But she made us felt like we are not good parents, that we are irresponsible. Why? because we forgot to give the pill before the procedure. Of course we are upset! who wouldn't? Then my wife wrote the review, then we let it go, then we came back for the next appointment. This is what they said, that they cannot take my daughter anymore because of a patient and doctor relationship, that Dr. Shah is not comfortable anymore, that they thought that we will never coming back because of the bad review, that they are sorry that they forgot to inform us about the situation. I mean common man! it broke my heart when my daughter tell me that, " daddy why they are not doing the procedure? because they don't like me?" after 2 days we got a letter from the mail that they can't accommodate our family anymore even though we love our adult dentist. We felt disrespected! I think they don't know how to handle children with disability or if they have any other reason for not accommodating us pls. tell me...
