Amazingly run office. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the very friendly, very personable office staff. When you walk back the hygienist staff are very friendly and the dentist has amazing bed side manners. This group of people work together as a team and all seem very happy every time I have been there. Staff follow up with patients after appointments to check on them. This place is incredible and I would highly recommend making an appointment there.

Great office, currently expanding out with another 10 rooms from what the staff says. Friendly staff by the way, everyone seems to put the patient first. Dr.s are very friendly and don’t push for services that aren’t needed, they suggest and explain both sides. #holidaygiveaway

For the longest time I have been nervous about dentist, not here. They walked me threw what they wanted to do and worked with me and made me feel calm and relaxed. Always a pleasant visit and they work with you for a exceptional visit every time! I will continue to let them take care of my smile.

The staff is top notch, I have NEVER met such a professional and FRIENDLY group of people. Dr.Elbialy is the best dentist I have ever met. Very personable, Very friendly and Very professional.
I live in Albany, I have been a pt at 1st Advantage Dental for years. Dr.Elbialy was highly recommended to me. I will NEVER again go back to 1st Advantage Dental.

Coming to this office has been a completely wonderful experience for me. All of the staff are lovely and move quickly for my convenience! I was nervous to get serious work done in my mouth but Dr. Elbialy was very careful and professional, he walked me through the whole thing and I’ve felt great since!

Very clean and polite, but the exam rooms are not individual so during COVID that concerns me, how high does germs travel when drilling up over walls? Otherwise really clean. I got crossed wires about what was to happen, they took my insurance and did 18 xrays which is the most I had and kept expressing my concerns about that with my health, claimed it was normal, not in all my years and I have had a lot of dental work. I did not get a cleaning and his exam was so quick and brief I was told it's their first time standard practice, I asked for a list of the work to be done on all teeth so we could prioritize it and he only looked at my 1 tooth, so I pointed out a few others, so he then said oh yes and believe me there is more than 3 teeth that need work. It was beyond him so I am going back to my experienced doctors. He also asked if I wanted 1 tooth pulled or saved, I said saved, he said root canal, I said that is not saving it but kills the tooth, he said then pull it. He was not up to discussing and planning, lacked the experience I wanted and needed. I went here as my insurance covered him, not worth it, going to spend the cash and finish it right with one that has the expertise I need. They wanted me to come back to do the cleaning which is what I was supposed to get done first. Sorry I went here, there is no senior dentist hereceither, all pretty young.

I had a root canal done about four years ago here, and the doctor seemed to try and rush it. When I left the office I left with a giant hole from the Novacaine which left a crater in my gums, and not only THAT, my root canal is no longer working and the pain is back! Way to go!! Wouldn’t recommend.
