From the moment you walk through the door everyone makes you feel special. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Engelbright is FABULOUS!! i am certainly not a fan of dentists but Dr. Engelbright was caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has fear of dentists. Gentle Dental is the perfect name for this practice!!

Dr. Englebright and the whole team at Gentle Dental-Wading River are superb! They work and communicate so well as a team that patients (who have anxiety over the dental chair, like myself) are put at ease. Dr. Englebright, Diane, Alex, Gail and Hans(when he is there) have gone above and beyond to make me comfortable, put my worries to rest and above all else laugh. I have seen Dr. E for a couple of years now and each time I go, my worries lessen. I cannot recommend this team/office enough. If you have severe anxiety around visiting the dentist, this is the place for you!

I have spent what feels like half my life sitting in a dentists chair. Since a year old, I've had experiences with many many dentists. I had developed a very unhealthy, debilitating fear of going and being in pain. I expressed that fear upon my first visit to Gentle Dental, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. From making sure my hygienist was aware of my hypersensitivity to pain - to prescribing a medication to help me get through some more intense visits - I began to not fear going to the dentist. I understood that Dr Ly and his staff were going to do their best to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable in any way. I went from needing to be numbed for a simple cleaning years ago to being able to sit through a root canal and bridge without help of medication. I firmly trust Dr Ly to do everything in his power to make sure I'm comfortable and not panicking. I wish I had started going to Gentle Dental sooner.

While on vacation from Tennessee my top crown fell out. I went to the Internet to search for a dentist. Gentle Dental is who I called. Gail from the office was so understanding and fit me in. The dentist was amazing. My crown is back in place. For sure if you are looking to have dental work done. Give them a call. Thank you Gentle Dental 🦷.

I had a tooth that I had been putting off for quite some time I even told the receptionist Gail that I could last another week or two, but she got me in the same day. The dental assistant was amazing I didn't her her name but she was extremely professional. Dr. Englebright did the root canal as a last minute appointment for me, I had a tough time getting numb but she was very patient and sympathetic. The entire procedure was very comfortable and I was shocked at how fast it went by. This morning I have no pain in my tooth and I couldn't be happier. I do have to go back for a crown but I've used Dr. Englebright because her technique is spot on and she is very good at what she does. The entire office is clean and the people are friendly and non judgemental which I think is important. If you're looking for a decent dentist that is honest and competent then look no further. I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled because they didn't have to take me in right away most people don't but they treated me like family and took my issue seriously and did an excellent job.

Dr Jen Englebright is an amazing dentist. I have been coming to her for years and each time she makes me feel super comfortable and at ease. She always explains what’s going on before she does the work and that really helps me as I am a very nervous patient. If you are looking for a dentist, Dr Jen Englebright is a great decision!

The entire staff top to bottom is both skilled and caring. Everyone there takes the time to both explain each and every procedure while also making sure you as the patient are completely comfortable. Can not recommend a better dentistry practice.
