I was faced with a difficult dental emergency and his front desk person worked through a difficult schedule to get me in as soon as possible as I was facing a tight travel schedule. When I arrived they got me in quickly, made an assessment of my situation, and decided I needed an extensive procedure immediately to ensure my comfort and smile. He cleared his schedule and addressed my situation with deep care and an exceptional level of aptitude.

I was deeply impressed with every aspect of my experience with Dr. Knollman, his team, his facility and more than anything his ability.

Half my life spent in dental care. I have had experienced good, bad and now the best. After 2 years of the worse dental adventure I find what feels like I have found my home with Dr. Knollman and his fabulous team. Dr. Knollman extremely knowledgeable and attentive. His team very professional and caring. Looking forward to my dental care.

I first met Dr. Knollman after another dentist in Asheville placed a crown so poorly that my jaw went out of alignment twice and I began grinding my teeth. After a comprehensive assessment, he understood the problem and was able to restore my bite and erase my pain. I have never met a more knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, conservative, patient dentist and his staff are equally patient, knowledgeable, thorough, conservative, and joy-filled. I now live outside of Washington DC and still only trust him with my care, traveling 7 hours for any work that might change the alignment of my bite. He is my bite adjustment guru and I only wish he and his staff would move to Northern Virginia. I have told everyone I know about them, don't go anywhere else!

We all now how dentist care can be very stressful. Not here at Dr. Mark's office. No pain is the name of the game and they deliver a no-pain experience.

Dr. Knollman begins with a personal consultation with you in his office. He asks that you call him Mark. I've compromised by using Dr. Mark. It's a generational thing. ;-)

Meanwhile, you share your circumstances and together develop a game plan. Mark is very reassuring in his approach to my care and I know you'll appreciate him too! ~ekw

I have been seeing Dr. Knollman for 5 years and the whole team is excellent. They consistently go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable during my visits. Dr. Knollman is up on the last technology. I had a cavity filled and Dr. Knollman suggested the Single Tooth Anesthesia which was amazing (no more large needles). My hygienist, Gay Teel, is always gentle and thorough. My teeth have never been healthier or looked better.
