I developed a terrible toothache while on vacation in the Boone, N. C. area. I read information and patient reviews online and decided to call for an appointment. A young lady named Rachael walked me through making an appointment for the next day and graciously answered all of my questions. When I arrived for the appointment, I was greeted by a very welcoming environment that instantly set me at ease. Unfortunately, they could not fix my problem "cracked"; tooth but arranged a next day appointment with an oral surgeon. Again, everything was explained by the dentist, and I left feeling confident that my pain would soon be gone... especially since the doctor prescribed some pain medication to help me until the surgery the morning. What a pleasure to deal with happy, confident and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend this dental practice.
