Sweet staff! They talked to me about cleaning and flossing before getting my braces. I need to really get serious about making this a habit. I met one of the new dentist in the office, thank you Dr. Lee! We still ‘floss’ for you Dr. Ferzli!

I have never been to a dental office that works so well with patients. They tell you how much of your yearly benefits you have used, how your treatment plan will work, and how to space them out to keep them affordable. I can hear their office meetings before all the 9am appointments are brought back and they are a happy bunch, and that means a lot in a profession like this. Be sure to make an early appointment because, they get behind schedule quick, a 4pm appointment means you talk to the doctor after 5. All of this applies to the front office staff and hygienists only.
UPDATE: Dr. Ferzli refused to fix a problem he created. A dual cavity fill left material connecting them between my teeth. I can't eat anything crunchy on the right side. For a year! I wait for my free twice yearly cleaning covered by insurance and he gets upset when I mention it, barely addresses the issue, and has now refused to address the issue at all because they were overbooked.

I Purchased a Groupon for my visit at Cary Family Dentistry and was very satisfied with the results. The staff was very friendly, courteous and informative. I had no wait time at all and was taken right in. The exam was very thorough and included included complete x-rays and a panoramic view as well . I mentioned some TMJ symptoms grinding and clenching and having pain in my jaw. The assistant immediately contacted the referring specialist for TMJ who happens to be located next-door. The specialist joined us during the exam to discuss my options. I also got a general cleaning a free whitening kit to take home and 15% off for future services for the next year . I have not been to the dentist in years I have extreme anxiety over even going. Thanks to smiles of Cary I had a great experience with everyone on their staff. I will highly recommend them and be back for future dental services .

I have been going to this dentist for the last year or so and they are great!! The staff is always friendly and personable. In addition they all are very knowledgeable in their specific areas ie; the hygenist always answers my questions and gives me useful tidbits of information...when I changed insurance providers the women who handles medical records/receptionist gave me all the information I needed to make things go smoothly. The dental assistant is quick, efficient and also knowledgeable and the dentist are the best I've had!! Dr. Ferzli and Dr. Prettyman both do a great job and they fully explain the procedure...my options and best of all they consistently call you by name! I have nothing bad to say about this dental office...choose them! You will not be sorry!!

The staff here is amazing. When you walk through the door check in is simple and easy, the doctors are gentle and specialize even in breathing problems. If you have toddlers the receptionist have stickers and toys to keep them busy.

I have only been twice but I think that their office is excellent and well organized. The front desk staff are excellent at what they do and friendly. That means everything since you have the most interaction with the front desk and the hygienist.

Appointment was 11am. I arrived at 1040 am and checked in. I was called to the back at 11am... had to wait 15min.. teeth were brushed which took 2min. Then told to wait for the Dr. Had to wait another 15min. Im confused why my appointment is at 11 but there is all this waiting?

I went to see Smiles of Cary when my regular dentist was on vacation and I lost my crown. I walked in and I can only say wow I was blown away. The people were fantastic the dentist was very personable soon as I get my permanent crown I'm going to move my family to them
