Northlake Charlotte Dentistry

Dentist was great but a lot of people in the office (starting with the 2 receptionists) were not wearing mask. I did not feel safe.
I gotta go back to get work done but I really don't want to because of that reason.

I called and was seen the same day. I walked in in pain. Everyone was so nice. The receptionist, the dental hygienist, the dentist all took the time to explain and provide me the treatment I needed. I will definitely recommend them to others.

The staff at Northlake Dentistry is so friendly and happy to help their customers. They are my go to office for both orthodontics as well as regular dental work! I am always in and out in a jiffy which works well with my busy work schedule. I highly recommend their office to anyone who needs dental or orthodontic work!

My visit with Northlake Charlotte Dentistry was pleasant! The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable providing tips to keep my smile perfect. I'm deathly afraid of the dentist, but the pain in my mouth trumped my fear. I called this office for an emergency appointment and was seem 2 hours later!!! The staff was excellent. Everyone greeted me with a smile. Everything was explained to me in as much detail as I needed. My dentist Dr. Aghera was awesome. He was as gentle as possible and made sure I felt absolutely nothing, which is great since I had 2 teeth removed. The cost was explained to me upfront, so no sticker shock for me!! I was actually shocked at the low cost (I do have insurance). I don't have enough words to explain how great this visit was and I sincerely thank the staff because I was being a big baby. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a great dentist office!!

I have been under the care of Dr. Scott Nagel and his amazing team of assistants and hygienists for over 8 years. Dr. Nagel is among the finest in the dental health business. Every front office associate and the business manager has been very professional in handling the scheduling and billing work. Ms. Denise, business manager, is extremely polite, caring and helpful every time I visit Dr. Nagel. It is people like Ms. Denise who make a visit to the Dentist a pleasant experience with their efficiency and thoroughness. I wish Dr. Nagel, Ms. Denise and the rest of the team the very best of success in their careers.

Dentistry has changed for the positive. Most people have bad experiences with going to the dentist back in the 80's.(wow I feel old)
New Technology has changed. I have had nothing but great service from Dr. Nagel & staff, from the time I walk in I'm greeted with a smile. They also tell you step by step of what they are doing & also make sure you are okay during the procedure.
This facility is clean, friendly & they make you feel welcomed. I am so glad I found this Dentist, I have overcome my fears of going to the dentist & recommend them to everyone.

My daughter had an abscessed tooth and Northlake Dental answered their phone at 6:59am, had her in by 8am and was able to treat her before any of the “emergency dental” clinics even returned a phone call. The staff is friendly, caring and has worked with me on the payment for my children’s dental work. Their pediatric dentist is great with kids and really has a fantastic way of helping children (and parents) feel comfortable with procedures that can often be scary. I absolutely recommend this clinic and honestly wish I had reached out to find them sooner.
