I have been going to Park Crossing Dentistry since moving to Charlotte in 1999 (long before it was Park Crossing). Addy is the best Hygenist that I have ever encountered.. She is very friendly and gentle.. Also my husband had awful childhood experiences with dentists but really likes Dr. Neubauer. Dr. Neubauer has a great 'chair'side manner and is always concerned about giving you the best experience whether is is a filling or getting a tooth prepped for a crown.

She was so careful and calm when taking out and old filling and putting in a new one! Though I opted not to have medication, she was very gentle with cleaning out a cavity and filling it. Her and her assistant worked great together!
