Everyone in the office is very proficient at their job as well as friendly. Of course Reilly, the office dog, makes your heart warm and your body relaxed. Loved First Dental! All the staff was really friendly and timely with paperwork! They got me in for an appointment really fast and were really kind during my cleaning! I highly recommend this Dental Office to everyone who is seeking for a great place to go when it comes to your teeth. I have the lowest pain tolerance and I am terrified of the dentists for some past experiences but I am very satisfied with First Dental of Huntersville. Hanna did my deep cleaning twice and they both went very well. She did a great job being super gentle, walked me through all the process and it was not hurt at all. I also had my husband came here and he is more than satisfied with the service gotten done here. Beside the great job being done with your dental problems, the staffs are all nice: warm welcoming, nicely walking you throughout the steps, they even asked you what kind of music you like to put on while you’re getting your teeth fixed. This is an awesome place to visit if you need to have your teeth worked on.
Update: this is my year 2 being with Hanna and she did an absolute amazing job. If Hanna can make me feel comfortable, I’m sure all of you all will feel great being taken care by her. Thank you Hanna!
