Myself and both my children go to Lenoir Family Dentistry to see Dr. Sheffield and she is wonderful. The staff are super friendly and gentle when cleaning your teeth. Dr. Sheffield really explains what she is going to do and is great. I adore the nice lady at the front desk she always has a smile on her face!!

The doctor unconscionably and unethically refused to help me and didn’t refer me to another dentist who would. Instead he elected to gaslight me, saying my dental problems were caused by my sinuses and that I didn’t even have cavities, despite having two broken crowns and a split tooth and being in pain. When I called back I was told my tooth decay was probably just stains from coffee or cranberry juice. It’s appalling that medical professionals could be so callous and treat patients with no compassion whatsoever.

Very professional. Very respectful. very knowledgeable. They did diagnose me with several cavities which I wasn't happy with but that's not their fault.I like the way the office was very laid-back and they didn't seem to want to rush through any of the procedures.

The work was fine. I know my teeth are not in the best shape which is why I'm going to a dentist to begin with... But the fact that I had to sit there with my mouth open well the assistant mutter's" what a mess" and the doctor try responds with " what mouth?" like I was not even there. I felt so embarrassed and just wanted to leave. The fact that they also seem to be gossiping about another patient in front of me I can only imagine what they were saying behind my back.
