The first time I have ever had a tooth filled and no problems afterwards. I was able to get my cleaning and filling in the same desk. After 15 minutes, my body was so relaxed. The best dentist I have ever gone too.

Always polite and professional. They don’t tell you to fix things that aren’t yet broken like some other places (pre-emptive cavity fillings etc). I’ve also never waited more than 3 minutes in the waiting room. Staff always very helpful, Dentist knows his stuff. Go here.

DO NOT GO HERE...as you can see the reviews are from 5-6 months ago, but they only opened a little over a month ago in July. So how can they get reviews?! Well, I went for a cleaning and the dentist himself did the cleaning, however, he tried telling me I had 8 cavities. He kept saying you must eat a lot of candy or drink sweet drinks and I am the healthiest eater I know. And so he tells me it will take two appointments to get it in and it will cost me over $500 even though he said he was an in network dentist. So I am very confused at that point then he automatically schedules me for two days from then. The last time I was at a dentist was a year ago then, so I am very confused as to why he says I have these cavities. Also right when he tells me he is cleaning my teeth he files them WITHOUT my PERMISSION. He said he did it to get the stains off, my teeth were already sensitive and he never even asked!!!!
So needless to say I was perplexed and lost and called my previous dentist up and had them send a fax 3 times requesting they send my xrays to them in Fayetteville. Which it was the day before and I went there on my lunch and asked them if they received the fax and the receptionist said she was working on it at that moment. This was days later and me calling them multiple times! I even asked her about the total and said this looks like you didn't take off my 80% coverage and she tells me oh thats because your insurance only covers 70% of the white ones and I go it still wouldn't cost that much!!! She then preceeds to show me a new breakdown only taking $20 off!!!! The total was like $2000 before the insurance came off! So then I go to my Fayetteville dentist at Day and Night Dental and I only had 3 small cavities that only totalled $80 with my insurance. The dentist then tells me that those other things he thought were cavities were not at all!!! So I was floored and upset that the he would do that!!! SAVE YOUR TEETH and DON'T GO HERE!!! I am telling you the honest truth!!!

I have and will recommend all of my friends and family to go to Brier Creek Smiles Dentistry. I am a self proclaimed dentist scaredy-cat, and this has been the only place that has kept me calm throughout the entire cleaning/filling process. You walk in and are greeted by staff who you can tell enjoy their job, then you get to chill in the lobby with the big TV (which is usually playing some type of home-improvement/house buying show) to help keep you entertained while they prepare for you in the back. When the time comes, you are escorted to your designated room by your dental assistant. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated, and have a large TV playing whatever program was in the lobby- the Assistant also offers the remote for you to change it to whatever station you would like. She will take x-rays and keep the small chat going while your nerves slowly go away. Shortly after the assistant finishes their work, Dr. Tran will come in and talk to you as if it hadn't been 6 months ago that he last saw you. He'll ask about your family and how they are doing, that promotion you were up for, etc.. it really is a great feeling- not to mention it completely distracts you from the inevitable. He pulls up the x-rays on the TV to show you the cavities they see, and he will also show you your previous x-rays to compare where your teeth were last time you came in. It is nice to see the comparison and really helps drive in the floss everyday routine, as opposed to flossing once a month. Now- fast forward to the 'worst part' about going to the dentist- getting a filling. Usually it is a painful experience that leads to me shaking and regretting the decision to better my oral hygiene. HOWEVER, ever since going to Brier Creek Smiles it is like a walk in the park. The Assistant will start you off with numbing the general area, Then Dr. Tran comes back in, offers you some sunglasses (so the light doesn't blind you), then goes to work on numbing the actual area with a needle. as you slowly start losing feeling to that side of your face, he offers you some headphones and an Ipod with Pandora ready to have you choose your music. I gladly accepted and soon was able to zone out thanks to 'Today's Hits'. Dr. Tran and his assistant work diligently, and a few songs later the headphones get popped off and he says those magical words "We're all done".
I know this seems long, but for anyone who has anytype of dental fear, or for anyone just looking for a fantastic team- Please give Brier Creek Smiles Dentistry a try. They won't disappoint, and I can almost guarantee it will be the best Dentist experience you've ever had.

We attended this dentistry office for an urgent dental issue for my son. Besides offering a free consultation, the staff and dentist went above and beyond to resolve our issue and to make sure we left the office satisfied. I was extremely happy with the service we received and would highly recommend this office to anyone.
