The people that work here are great! My appointment was scheduled so easily. The dental hygienist Sasha was great and did amazing. Dr. Mouro was also great at explaining everything he was doing and answering all my questions. 10/10 would recommend!

I have not been to the Dentist in 7 years, I chose Family Dentistry because I have been before. My experience was fantastic. Zerneta took me back to my room. Let’s just say she made me feel so comfortable. We laughed,talked to each other as if we knew each other.
Christian, Dodd my deep cleaning, Christian was so personable, made me feel relaxed. Time went by fast do to Christians work and making it easier for me in all. Thank you.

I have used Triangle Family Dentistry several times now for big procedures. The office staff has been extremely responsive and patient with my scheduling and the entire dental staff has made me feel so comfortable with each procedure I have been in for. I, unfortunately, have many more in my future, and I am so happy to be having my work done at Triangle Family Dentistry. I saw Dr. Baker today, and I LOVED both him and his assistant, Ebony. They both made going to the dentist as pleasant of an experience as going to the dentist can be. I highly recommend this practice.

There aren't enough words to describe this place. All I can say is WOW. I have severe dental anxiety due to a traumatic experience when I was younger & I hadn't been to the dentist in over 20 years; but from the moment I called in I felt comfortable. Everyone at this office is absolutely amazing. The receptionists are all friendly & very efficient. Whether on the phone or in person these ladies are all great. Now on to Dr. Mouro & my hygenist Candace. They were both kind, patient & extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, made sure I agreed to my treatment plan & made sure to keep me comfortable during my visits. Knowing my fears Candace checked on me several times during my appointments & they truly made me feel at ease AND not once did she belittle me or make me feel embarrassed about my poor hygiene.

In closing this clinic is the real deal guys I mean top notch care. I highly recommend this office to everyone. You'll be glad you choose them.

P.S. The space is extremely clean & sanitary also!

P.S.S. Dr. Long, Dr. Salem & Dr. Short are also great. I have seen almost every dentist here due to my extensive work needed & they are all top notch. I call myself a VIP at TFD!

Got my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Long recently at the Morrisville location. He was very thorough with explaining everything first, accommodated me at short notice and finished a set of teeth extractions within 30 minutes. Katlin was equally impressive all the way, answering my questions patiently and providing insights and updates every step during the brief procedure. Highly recommend Dr Robert Long and Katlin.

Honestly I am so over this place. As a new patient, I have been waiting for about 5 months for an appointment. During this time, I have received several voicemails for “an earlier appointment that has opened up today”. When I call them back within 30 seconds of getting the voicemail, I am placed on a 5 minute hold, just to be told that the appointment has already been filled when they come back to the line.

This happened again today. Seriously why are you doing this? What is the point of leaving a voicemail saying that there’s an earlier appointment available and to call back for it, being placed on a 5 minute hold, then coming back on the line saying awww I’m so sorry I just filled it. It is so incredibly frustrating. Can you not hold the appointment for a few minutes to give the person a chance to call back before moving to the next person on the list? At this point, I’m actively looking to take my business elsewhere.

This office is extremely professional and great for the entire family. Both of my young daughters had a wonderful experience with their cleanings. We were also impressed with their level of politeness and making everyone feel comfortable. They have gained 4 new patients with my entire family!

Excellent care and customer service! Vienna is a wonderful hygienist! She is incredibly kind and patient with our 3.5 year old daughter, who was just smitten with her. Vienna is clearly doing what her calling is - just lovely! The pediatric room is bright and cheerful and our daughter enjoyed the atmosphere. They really know how to put a child at ease, and our daughter now looks forward to and talks about her next visit. Doesn't get any better than that! Dr. S. was a pleasure with which to work and has a great demeanor. She explained results and treatment protocols thoroughly and spent quality time providing care. The front end staff is courteous and helpful. A warm, inviting, clean office that our family enjoys going to! Thank you Triangle Family Dentistry!

For military members. I had a discussion with a friendly staff member who notified me that because I was active duty I needed to be seen at Fort Bragg. I called United Concordia who reassured me they were wrong and called them on my behalf. I got another call from Triangle Family Dentistry who told me the office manager said that because I wasn’t full time they won’t see me. Full time or part time, no military will be seen. Dependents they will accept. My 6 dependents and I will be taking our business elsewhere, to the tune of thousands of dollars lost to this company. Easy decision.

Great first experience. Sasha and Dr. Short were very friendly and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Definitely recommend!
