1101 Dental

I had my come to Jesus moment about 2 weeks ago. I had not been to a dentist for 10 years and am at the age of 57. I went on FB to ask of a good dentist in Grand Forks. and got the best reviews for 1101 Dental. My anxiety kicked in 2 days ago because I knew I was in need of repairs. Especially being a retired smoker of 30 yrs. All I can say is WOW!!!! The compassion, The excellent customer service and the friendly smiles was amazing. I was very impressed with Heather Johnson my now Dentist. They made me feel so calm and am so excited to see my smile again when all done. And am so excited to have Invisaligns when all done. So if you are looking for a great Dentist with great compassion, Customer Service Friendly smiles and beautiful decorated facility go there. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I have known Dr. Heather Johnson for many years and she's one of the kindest people I know. That kindness is shown to each and every patient that walks through the door. The staff is happy, upbeat and courteous. 1101 Dental is a wonderful place!!! I'm thankful for such pleasant experiences!

100% Professional, not to mention extremely sweet, knowledgable, and they aim to not only fix people's smiles, but they make it a point to help people learn how to take care of their teeth a little better. :) My son had 4 cavities filled and he left with a positive experience. He's always excited when it's teeth cleaning day! I had four cavities filled as well and I have no complaints. We've been members of the Cavity-Free Club ever since! Recently I had 4 non-compacted wisdom extractions, done without anesthesia. I'm not going to say it was all around a pleasant experience, but that being said, I felt like I was in really good hands and would not have changed a thing!

1101 Dental truly is the best. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I had cavities to fill and I didn’t feel shamed about it like some places make you feel and was super anxious but Dr. Johnson made sure the whole procedure was easy and painless. I won’t go anywhere else! If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly advise!

I’ve always been afraid of dentists. When choosing a dentist I tried to stay with local dentists. Heather Johnson was the best choice I could have made. Her staff is always trying to make me feel welcome by knowing who I am and remembering my needs. With a lot of the work I had was major she made me feel like it was going to go just fine. Heather also could be a psychologist after listening to some of my stories. Thank you staff and dentists I will continue to use you at 1101 dental.

I highly recommend 1101 Dental. Each time my kids and I have appointments we receive professional, friendly service from all staff. They are awesome at making you feel comfortable during all services and procedures.

Thanks for helping me get in on appointments as cancellations came up to have my broken tooth checked—and then crowned! I feel much safer about leaving on vacation knowing my tooth is in the process of being cared for!

Great experience, I put off going to take care of a tooth for months. I finally went and it took the dentist no time at all and pain free to get it fixed. Definitely going back when I need to.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentists since I was 3 years old so was very nervous to go in today for my appt but was pleasantly surprised!
