About 8 years ago, my daughter was a patient at Dakota Kids. They scheduled a procedure to fix a few teeth all at once, while under general anesthesia! My daughter ended up getting Mono, so we had to reschedule the procedure at the Dr's request! About a month later, she was finally able to have the work done, costing us a few thousand dollars!
After everything was said and done, I called back about 4 months after the procedure, to see when I needed to schedule a follow up and they told me we couldn't come back because we missed an appointment!
That first scheduled procedure, when she was sick....
If that's their policy, then why did they even do the procedure AFTER we had to reschedule?? Probably because they wanted the money we forked out!
And all because of the ONE MISSED APPOINTMENT, none of my kids can go there!
I pray that Minot gets an honest, kind, caring and passionate pediatric dentist, so those of us that are denied at Dakota Kids have a place to take our children!
It's too bad that they can deny kids like that, for no reason at all!!

Not only is he among the top dentists in his clinical abilities, his compassion and understanding from a parent perspective makes you feel comfortable.
