His unexpected passing could have turned our practice into turmoil but we were so blessed to have Dr. Yadav step in and take excellent care of our patients and staff with the same friendly and personable demeanor. I am not only his hygienist but after a fall a few months ago where I broke my front tooth I have also been a frequent patient in his dental chair. I will say I was nervous and did not know what to expect with my treatment. People always talk about pain when it comes to the treatment I needed done. But everyone from the front office was helpful. I knew what my insurance would cover and then when I was in the back from the start to the finish they explained the process and check on me to see if I had any pain. No pain and good service. Thanks

Dr Yadav and his team are awesome. My first visit was great, hygienest was thorough but gentle during my cleaning and Dr Yadav listened to my concerns as a patient and then provided options to help with no pressure.

This dentistry practice is only concerned with making as much money as possible and squeezing every extra payment they can out of patients. They will recommend multiple unnecessary visits, unnecessary x-rays, and other unnecessary treatments.
My insurance is a low cost plan that was chosen by my employer. The insurance gets considerably lower prices than other insurances I've had in the past. That being said, I had scheduled an appointment to get some chipped teeth corrected. After telling the receptionist my insurance coverage, which Dr. Turner is included as In-Network, I was told that actually the appointment time they had scheduled me for just minutes ago wouldn't work, and they delayed my appointment for a month and a half. Two days before my scheduled appointment I received a call that they would not accept my insurance and canceled my appointment. I called my insurance company to discuss this matter and they informed me that they are in fact covered and they are legally obligated to honor their insurance contracts. Additionally, I would have received notice 30 days prior, which I did not receive. This office blatantly discriminated against me as they would receive lower payments for procedures and had deemed it not worth their time.

Great and friendly service from staff. They treat you with respect and smiles. Along the line I had issue with billing which I think explanations were not well understood.
