I switched to this location mostly because it was closer to home. I wasn’t expecting much of a difference, but the team here has really gone above and beyond my expectations

You don’t have to wait forever to be seen, they are flexible and have great hours (especially if you are a parent). My wait and visits are not very long (depending on how chatty I am). I have had a few mishaps on my part and many questions. They have been extremely helpful, friendly and don’t make me feel like I’m being a total pain in the rear.

Dr. Sharma, Lizette, and Danielle were fantastic.

I hadn't gone to a dentist in many years due to reasons beyond my control, but I finally decided to tackle all the dental work I needed done now that I'm financially stable and with health benefits. Mallory, a long-standing friend of mine, just so happened to work at this office doing scheduling and handling payments. So she schedules me in, and of course, I have a long list of things that need taken care of. I was brought in, x-rays were taken of all of my teeth, and a list of dental work was compiled alongside what price I would be expected to pay given my benefits. So far, I've had appointments with three of the doctors working there.

I saw Dr. Scott first. He performed a root canal, and I literally felt NO pain whatsoever. I didn't take a single pain reliever of any kind after the operation. He also has drilled and filled the cavities on half of my mouth without complication as well as performing a painless tooth extraction.

Second, I met with Dr. Dubois who performed another tooth extraction on the first of my wisdom teeth to cause me pain. He removed a bone spur that had exfoliated from my previous extraction as well as performing another pain-free tooth extraction. I literally felt no pressure or discomfort.

And just this morning, I met with Dr. Sliter, who took out my last three wisdom teeth. I was only in the operating chair for maybe ten minutes. He was thorough, swift, and highly proficient, and not to mention, he saved me over $300 at least by agreeing to take out my remaining wisdom teeth now as opposed to waiting for my consultation with an Oral surgeon at a different practice (which would have taken me an entire two months by the time all is said and done). Here, I asked Mallory if there was an opening soon to have my wisdom teeth taken out, and was scheduled for 8:30 the very next morning.

I've never had an unpleasant interaction with any of the people handling scheduling or payments as well as with any of the dental assistants. Every Dentist I've seen here has been open, up-front, and sincere about the risks involved in each procedure, what to expect after, ensuring that I'm actually well numbed before beginning with the procedures, and just giving pleasant conversation in general throughout the entire visit. I've always been told I'm more than welcome to ask for any specific prescriptions I may need after having work done as well as being given prescriptions for antibiotics and cleaning solutions as deemed necessary.

As a consumer in need of a service, this place literally feels like the best dental practice I could have chosen. A group of great individuals that try their best to do right by you at affordable prices in a timely manner with relatively flexible scheduling and payment options. It's been maybe a month since I've started going, and already over half the work that needed done in my travesty of a mouth has been completed flawlessly and scheduled to dates and times that suit my needs, even last minute.

I can't speak for those who gave this place a negative review, but I certainly HAVE NOT had anything close to a bad experience working with these great people at Comfort Dental.

This dental office is amazing!!!! Realizing that I called the wrong office after I left (Dublin location) to be fit in for a urget appt, the Hilliard location was still able to get my 2 year old in for a dental emergency. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and patient. And the dental assistants Rosalee and Amina were awesome! They made sure that my 2 year old was comfortable and happy, being that she needed X-Rays. They were so friendly and professional. And lastly, Dr. Scott was amazing! He had a wonderful bedside manner and put me at ease, he was so warm and patient with my daughter. We will be back! I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Thank you Comfort Dental!

I had good experiences here. I wanted to like them. I had several different dentists since being with them. The same one kept pushing expensive whitening treatments. They also apparently don’t keep good records because i know for a fact i had a cleaning last year. When i went in they said 2015. Definitely not. I have had teeth pulled, by them. Since then and a cleaning last year. They know that i have health issues and am struggling. But the dentist refused to clean my teeth because he said i needed a deep cleaning. He said “don’t worry even if your insurance wont cover it, its only $200” yet i’m on state insurance, fighting for disability. I got a letter from my insurance company saying only two of my teeth fit the requirements for deep cleaning and it needed to be 4-5 for them to cover it. It seems like they just want $$$. This is my email and a nickname. Not my birth name that’s why you don’t see me in your list of patients.

I also got a second opinion. And I don’t need a deep cleaning. The dentist knew i have health issues and am fighting for disability. He knows money is tight for me. And without even doing the proper test (where they poke your gums) he recommends a deep cleaning. I am appalled by the way i have been treated. And you will find out my name on my yelp review so don’t worry about it.

This place was super uncomfortable when I went about a year ago, the dental assistant wasn’t sure about how to hold the suction while I was getting a filling, she kept trying to put it further in my mouth. And while I was getting a filling put in, I told the lady I could feel it and she said it was because my numbness was wearing off.
You’re not suppose to feel it, what a stupid thing to say. Try another dentist if your looking for something affordable.

I do not recommend the fillings are not executed correctly I had to come back because a filling was not stationary and they don't let you know your insurance atleast covers a stainless steel so now I need a root canal retreatment bc of not being able to afford a ceramic crown at the time.

AVOID! I was told by this dentist that I needed a root canal as soon as possible. I went to get a second opinion at Just Smiles. I did NOT need a root canal. I have pain from grinding my teeth. The dentist at comfort dental is a money grubber. They also did multiple fillings at Comfort Dental that I now question that I even needed. They will find any way to get your money! No thanks Comfort Dental I will stick with the amazing care from Just Smiles. I can't even believe how much this place lies to steal your money!! I will NEVER use your services again. I hope my review helps others when searching for a dentist!

I was incredibly impressed with my recent visit to Comfort Dental. Dr. Sliter and his team were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable, and provided a calm atmosphere to what is normally a stressful experience for me. I needed a filling and Dr. Sliter explained every step, and the procedure was done before I knew it! This being said, I would highly recommend Comfort Dental – it's obvious that they really do care about the patient here.
