Awesome!!!! Most people, including myself, HATE going to the dentist. This place is different. From the receptionists, to the dental hygienist, and then to Sims himself.... everyone was very friendly and personable. I will be scheduling my whole family to go to Sims.

I had an appointment to discuss my tooth that broke. Dr. Sims listened to my problem and provided many options. I was very impressed with his concern and sympathy. This is truly a family dentistry business as his wife Carrie is the receptionist. Carrie was diligent in finding answers to my insurance questions before my appointment. They made me feel like I was family on my visit. I am going back to have the remainder of my tooth pulled
This is an update to this original post. I had the tooth pulled the end of July I was nervous about it as i had never had a tooth pulled, never got wisdom teeth and I am 70. I cant tell you how kind and gentle Dr. Sims was. It took about 15 minutes with no pain. Even the needle stick for the numbing wasn’t bad. He is an anomaly - a dentist you don't mind going to!
A week later I had a teeth cleaning. The hygienist was equally gentle and thorough. Best cleaning I have ever had. Through her protective garb i recognized her eyes looked like Dr Sims’ wife who works at the front desk. I commented on this and found they are sisters. They truly have a great operation there. I am happy to make this referral on my own accord.

Dr. Sims and staff are excellent. Dr. Sims is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had. He’s very knowledgeable in his field and friendly. Kathy is a very thorough hygienist.

Dr. Sims is very professional and tries to keep the atmosphere light to put you at ease. He has extracted teeth and filled cavities with which I have had no further trouble. If able, he will avoid the "needle". The staff are great hygienists and people.

The staff at Sims Family Dentistry was absolutely wonderful. Each person i saw was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Kathy and Dr. Sims made my dental experience the best I have had in a long time. It is obvious they are there to do what is best for the patient and not out to get as much money as possible like some of the bigger "chain dentistry" companies. They will be our family dentist from now on. Thank You!

Great place. Growing up and going to the same dentist for 20 years, I was nervous about having a new dentist. Luckily Dr. Sims and his office are very friendly and nice. Dr. Sims is very kind and thorough. Excellent dentist. Very happy with my experience at this office. I went to Dr. Rotilie for almost his entire career. Dr. Sims took over when he retired. I am so glad that my favorites from Dr. Rotilie's staff, Tricia and Cathy, remained. It still feels like home.
