While my interactions had been 5 star experiences, I am disappointed with the cancellation of my appointment on the office's end of things last year during the height of the pandemic, which I understood, but the office never followed up to resolve the matter once things were up and running again. It saddens me that I have to move to another practice since I actually enjoyed going in for my cleanings and consultations.

The environment is welcoming and it's easy to say the staff here genuinely cares. The customer service is exceptional including the receptionists and the dental hygienist. Dr Moesle has truly changed my life (in the dentist world) I can honestly say I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. Before I became a patient here I've had terrible, unforgettable experiences at other practices. Dr. Moesle assured me she would take her time and make me comfortable. Not only did she promise, but she delivered! She is gentle and truly terrific at what she does. I'm beyond thankful to have such an amazing Dentist and you can too! I normally don't write reviews but I feel like more people need to know about New Leaf Dental as you won't be disappointed.

New Leaf was most accommodating when my 6 year old son, who was not yet their patient, had a dental emergency. They got us in right away for an assessment and then made room for us again the following day for the recommended treatment. Drs. Moseley and Hill, as well as their assistant Amy, were all phenomenal in their treatment of my son. I highly recommend this family practice.
