Called to make a new patient appointment, first available was 2 1/2 weeks out but ok I will take it as I have a broken tooth. They take down the normal information for appointment. name, phone, insurance information. Finally get to the day of the appointment and I go in and fill out the new person paperwork and go to turn it in. When I do that I am told that I have two insurances which I quickly correct and say I only have the one and that I can either reschedule or pay out of pocket with the no insurance option. I let the lady behind the desk know that I haven't had said insurance since 2015 and it shouldn't be showing at all, she gets rude and informs me that until I speak with job and family and get it removed they can only bill said insurance. I walked out without rescheduling and proceed to call my current insurance and job and family which took me less than 5 mins to confirm that yes the other insurance is not active and should not be showing. Instead of assisting me and doing her job and checking insurance I get to sit in pain until I find another dentist because if I cant rely on them to assist with billing the correct insurance how am I to expect they will even care about fixing my tooth.

Friendly enough. But absolutely no empathy for pain. Broken tooth happened on weekend. Called Monday came in Tuesday and said had to refer me to oral surgeon...who flipping surprise....was already closed for the day. Called back to ask for any help cause already 2 days of no sleep because of sharp, constant pain....sorry no help there. Otc...which i said several times been taking but getting absolutely no relief...welp only thing can do is get it out.....which will probably be another 2 days cause thats how the system works. Cause the damn oral surgeons dont normally stay open past 2. Hate dentists always will nothing about any part of the process is pain free

Went in for a cleaning and the staff was exceptionally polite and they came across as very professional people. They left my teeth feeling 10x better and I honestly can’t wait to go back next time I’m home!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Attempted to call and set up new patient and was told my the office manager that they would not see my child. That I need to find somewhere else because they do not do pediatric dentistry, but it clearly says they do on their website. Stated that my son clearly has a behavioral issue if he can not sit in a chair. If I could give this place a negative stars I would just based on who they have answering the phone!

Love love love the staff!!! love how quick I was able to get in and have my fillings taken care of, loved the ladies I get to talk to. Looooveddddd the lady at my last appointment, unfortunately, I was numbed wrong, and had paralysis of my whole face, but it's okay, I love this office. :)
