I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mitchell and his practice! His personalized hands-on approach (minimal use of ancillary staff, he even does his own cleanings!) is second to none! He worked wonders with my husband's teeth following a mountain biking accident that happened many years ago...you'd never even know it happened to see his beautiful smile now! I was loyal to my prior dental practice of over 25 years, but after seeing how amazing he was with my husband's reconstruction and attention to every detail and friendly and caring demeanor, I switched! Today, I had the ZOOM whitening done and couldn't be more pleased. As an RN, I'm picky about my healthcare providers. I've been treating with Dr. Mitchell for >10 years. My wife and 2 children also see him. He's always a pleasure: friendly, professional, takes time to explain & answer questions, etc.
I once had a wisdom tooth go critical on me in the middle of the night. I called his emergency contact number, and to my surprise, Dr. Mitchell picked up the call himself. He immediately called in pain meds for me to a 24 pharmacy and put me on his calendar first thing tomorrow morning.
Also, I've never known a dentist who was better than Dr. Mitchell at controlling pain.
I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell.
EDIT: In about 2016, Dr. Pooja Banga joined Dr. Mitchell's practice. She's filled a few cavities for me and performed one deep periodontal cleaning.
I have been very satisfied with her work. Like Dr. Mitchell she is very friendly, professional, and takes time to explain things and answer questions.
