My Dentist

I haven't had good luck with dentist in the past and was skeptical about going to this place, but they were awesome. Super friendly! I was anioxous in the beginning of my appointment, but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. That's super important and they understand that. Great place!

I've been going here for a year now and continue to be pleased with the amount of care I receive. The dental tech is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to explain exactly what is going to be done. They treat you like family. Then the office staff makes sure you understand the full cost of your care. If you want caring people to restore your smile come here , you won't be disappointed.

Terrible customer service. They canceled my appointment without letting me know then insisted that I did that. Wanted me to take antibiotics twice because they could not schedule an appointment and keep it in the system. Did not want to accommodate any complaints insisting it’s not their fault but blaming me. I think I would be fine with just apologies and rescheduling but this blaming game they play is just not right. Would not recommend this place.

I had an emergency. I was able to be seen the same day. As always, I received the best care. I have dentist anxiety, but they alway put me at ease.

Went in with possibly abscess and out of concern they got me right in, like then and now, and confirmed the situation. Beyond expectations.

Brought my wife to My Dentist because she had a horrible toothache and the night prior had to take her to the E.R. from how much pain she was in. They were able to get her in same day.

My wife has extremely high anxiety due to a bad experience with a dentist when she was younger. My Dentist restored her faith in dentistry.

When we walked in the door, she was in tears from the fear. They greeted us as we walked in with smiles. Paper work was not that bad. We were probably in the waiting room a total of 15 mins, then they took us back.

We were then at the x-ray machine and the dental assistant explained everything to her and let her know that she too has high anxiety but if she put her earbuds in and drowned everything out it would be over asap.

We then went to the chair, she was crying again. Then dental assistant told her everything that was going to happen until the dentist came. He was very very friendly and helped make her feel comfortable. After he examined her teeth, he told her the options that she had. She felt comfortable enough to have the procedure done right there. They did what they said they would do. Pulled 2 teeth and she was feeling great. She was very happen and told them that they made her feel so good that she got over her fear of dentistry.

Thank you to My Dentist and staff for taking great care of my wife. Words can not express how grateful I am that you all took the time to make her feel comfortable and assure her that she was in good hands.

These people are the real deal. If you need a dentist, My Dentist in Bartlesville is definitely where you should be.

I will start with the positive part of my visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel completely at ease the entire time I was there. Everyone I spoke to really knew their stuff so I felt completely comfortable letting them examine my mouth.
Now for the negative…I have some complex medical issues which makes things more difficult and also requires special attention. That being said leads me to the bad part. I was told by the hygienist and the doctor that I had an abscess and needed antibiotics. Being a heart patient this part is very important!! When they were done with their examination and went over a plan of action they sent in a woman to go over the phases and prices. She then took me up front to check out and give me a copy of the plan for these phases with prices. I was ready to leave when I asked her if the doctor was going to call out the antibiotics to my pharmacy, or writing me a prescription. She said “I will go find out” and was gone a few seconds and returned to say they would not be giving me any antibiotics until I scheduled and paid for the first phase of my dental work. I was speechless. With my heart issues a dental abscess can be deadly rather quickly. I had to call my PCP to schedule an appointment for the next day to get antibiotics. So that left me with nearly 24 hour delay in starting them.
