Previously in the past when I had a deep clean, I did okay and it was a neutral experience or worse. And doesn't help if a dentist have a lot of turn over staff.
At Berkshire, my hygienist was Morgan. She offered me a rinse to numb my mouth instead of doing the needles but I could get them if the rinse wasn't enough. This is the first I've heard about it, and I will say with the rinse and the gas made everything so much better.
I've never been a fan of getting a deep cleaning done, and because of so I did neglect my teeth. But Morgan made me very comfortable, so on my next appointment to do my other side plus an extraction I won't have so much anxiety, if any.
Thanks to the ladies up front working with me, and Morgan for making my deep cleaning experience the best I've ever had.

Excellent dental care! Dental hygienist is very gentle , not to hurt my mouth, teeth, gums. Dr. Mongrain & Sprague also make preventative maintenance without any pressure to buy optional services. They go over the cost estimate of any future work so that you understand what costs will be in the future. Also they follow up before your next appointment with reminder and will flex with your schedule. Small talk while in chair is informative and enjoyable ! Get the gas for fillings !!!

Hygentist was very nice and through during xrays and exam. Did not try to push extra services either. Dentist was nice and gave me multiple options for paying the extra services I will need in future. Will return!
