What an awesome place and awesome team! Today, I had the most painless injections EVER! (And I’m old). The choreographed “dance” of Dr. Juricek and Gina was flawless!

Awesome staff and facility. Greeted by name right when I walk in, and a very relaxing upscale environment. They have all of the latest and greatest instruments, but Dr Smith has always been conservative with me, not pushing for something that isn’t an actual issue yet. I NEVER mind going to the dentist with these guys!

I had an Amazing experience with Breath modern dentistry, Jordon Smith was amazing and fast, his assistant Sarah Drain, was extremely helpful, overall an amazing job on my fillings! Highly recommend

If you are looking for an awesome FAMILY dentist, you should highly consider Dr Smith at Breathe Modern Dentistry. Dr. Smith is one of the best family dentists out there! The word FAMILY is what Dr. Smith’s practice is all about. You feel like you "become a part of the family" there. That is why I have been going to see him for the past several years! I love Breathe Modern Dentistry cause they are the greatest! They are very personable with all their patients and make you feel very comfortable. The staff are also amazing and make you feel welcomed! When you first walk in someone always greets you. They NEVER run behind, but if they do don't worry. They have complimentary refreshments including refrigerated sparkling flavored waters, coffee and lattes, which by far are better than Starbucks! Try the cardamom latte! It’s to die for! If that's not good enough, there are stacks of the BEST, MOST POPULAR magazines to keep you occupied for the brief moment you do have to wait. Once you are called back, you get to sit and recline in a massaging dentist chair. It is a very relaxing experience. Before the cleaning begins, you get to pick the flavor of paste, which also includes kid friendly flavors. Before, during, and after the cleaning the hygienists can give you key pointers on how to maintain a healthy mouth. In addition, the hygienists are very gentle. If you have sensitive teeth or gums, no problem, they work softly around the areas to ensure no pain. After the visit, the staff sends you home with a fancy gift bag filled with a toothbrush, floss, paste, and chapstick. I seriously believe that their chapstick is the best out there! The dental assistants are also stellar! They are skilled in every aspect of dentistry. They are so incredibly nice and also gentle during procedures. They speak to you like a friend and not like a patient.
Dr. Smith also does orthodontics along with cosmetic dentistry. I’ve been to a different orthodontist before I saw Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith by far knows more than the specialist. He not only makes sure you’ll end up with a great smile but a smile that will also function properly. I currently have TMJ issues as well as grinding issues that really bother me. Dr. Smith made me a splint that prevents both issues. I’ve also needed a crown on a molar that I wore down. Dr. Smith made my crown in-house, which saved money compared to other dentists that have them shipped. This allows you to get your crown immediately, same day. There is no need for a temporary crown!
The office is very updated and clean. It should be in a magazine for how it’s decorated. Dr. Smith also has the latest technology to serve you best. What I love about Dr. Smith is that he is continuously learning at conferences all over the states to make sure he stays up to date with the latest data, knowledge, and techniques of dentistry.
I could keep going on and on how great Dr. Smith and his staff are, but there's not enough time. I do have to say that there is no reason why you or your family should not go see Dr. Smith because he is an outstanding dentist and YOU deserve the best!

I’ve never been more impressed with a dental office in my life! Every single staff member I came into contact with was so friendly. The waiting area was nice and inviting, very comfortable with a little refreshment area that had a little fridge stocked with sparkling water for patients. This place has an initial consultation on the first visit where they take photos and X-rays and the dentist does an overall assessment of your dental needs and wants. It’s tailored to you and there’s no pressure to schedule expensive procedures or anything. There are recommendations and just facts about options for you and your dental health. Dr. Smith will look at the overall picture and try to determine the root of the problem or issues you may be having. If he can help fix it in his practice he will and if he thinks you should see another type of specialist first or also (example: ENT) then he’ll let you know. And to end the very professional, very relaxing dental visit, I left with a gift bag from them! Seriously, what is this place? I am so glad a friend recommended it to me and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and anyone who is looking for a dentist!

Let me start by saying that I'm one of those people that love to go to the dentist, this visit, however, was far above and beyond anything I have experienced at the dentist. My visit with Breathe Modern Dentistry began at the amazing and beautiful front door leading to a very current, cool vibe as soon as I walked in. The office is beautifully decorated in a mix of modern and vintage industrial cool, it smells amazing in there and is crisp and clean. A gorgeous staircase let me to the reception desk where I was greeted with a smile and invited to make myself comfortable, which was easy in the navy blue velvet couch, with complimentary water and coffee and a view looking out through huge windows overlooking the Rose District. Filling out the paperwork (no trees were harmed as these were on a laptop! love that!) was a snap and I was in the dental chair in no time. Lisa, the hygienist, was so nice! We chatted about my concerns and issues and she took care to keep my sensitivity in mind during my cleaning! She's a gem! Dr. Smith is also very nice and during his exam, explained everything he was doing, took time to really talk about everything so that I felt comfortable with his recommendations. I didn't feel rushed at all. It was a great visit and I feel good trusting my oral health to Dr Smith and his staff! I work very close and am thrilled his office is in the Rose District. I felt very pampered and relaxed when I left and feel like they are now friends of mine. I highly recommmend Breathe Modern Dentistry!

So I completely put off getting my ELEVEN fillings re-done due to the bonds being old and weakening because of my past experiences with fillings. Long story short got 1/2 done today (6 fillings 😳 yikes!) had a bit of anxiety to say the least! Dr Smith was awesome & helped make sure I was good and comfortable with the nitrous and numbing as well as low lights to help me relax. I made it through without incident! First time in 10 years I feel okay after a filling! The heated seat and weighted blanket help too!! Highly highly recommend!!

Awesome Place!! I recently took my daughter in for a consultation and met with Candace, Danyail and Dr. Smith. The facilities are excellent and generally a nice place to spend some time. Within 5 minutes of entering, my daughter was in the chair and Candace was explaining what she thought needed to be done. There was no unnecessary waiting and they made me feel like our time was valuable.
Not only did they explain what needed to be done, but why it needed to be done. When Dr. Smith came in he was extremely personable and did a great job of explaining our options. The entire staff seemed genuinely concerned about our comfort as well as giving us all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
Thank you to Dr. Smith, Candace and Danyail for a truly enjoyable experience, especially since I didn't think a trip to the dentist's office could be anything but miserable.

Dr. Smith, my hygienist Candice, and his staff were awesome! My wife and I both had our first appointments this week. I especially liked all of the modern technology they used that allowed me to see every problem area that needed work so I would understand what was being done. At past dentists I have been told that I needed a lot of work done, but they didn't provide any information to show why it was necessary so I was forced to take the dentist at their word. For a control freak like me that's not always easy to do. I will admit that in my experience most dentists are honest so that typically isn't a big issue. However, the way Dr. Smith communicates and educates about what needs to be done, as well as showing detailed x-rays, pictures, diagrams, etc., it completely eliminates all of the anxiety of knowing what is necessary and what isn't. I'm extremely pleased with my first visit and look forward to going back. I'll also be taking my daughters to Dr. Smith in the future to help prevent any issues before they begin. More dentists should adopt this mindset of solving the problems behind an imperfect smile instead of simply straightening teeth and leaving the underlying problems to come back and rear their ugly heads in the future.
