Super Smiles | Family Dentist in Broken Arrow

First off we couldn’t understand a word that Dentist was saying, and it’s not just because she was wearing a mask. Also they told me to stop nursing my baby at night, she is a baby. Babies need to have breastmilk or formula until they are a year old. Never tell her mom that they need to take away breastmilk away from their baby. It’s food comfort and it helps them go back to sleep. I’m not gonna starve my kid just because that dentist is uneducated.

I have been taking my kids here since my youngest was 4 years old. He is now 17. After 13 years, they decided that they were going to change their policy without any kind of notification. Now, if you do not answer your phone they take your kids off the schedule without telling you. So, when you take off work and take PTO just to take your kids to this dentist, be sure you confirmed their appnt several days in advance or you have wasted your time...

I've been taking my kids to Super Smiles for about two years. They've seen Dr. Hun, Dr. Evan, and Dr. Xuemei at different times. They are all very good. I like Dr. Xuemei the best. The staff is very polite and efficient. I'm very satisfied with their service.

We had a wonderful experience at Super Smiles. The girls were all very friendly and all my kids had a good experience. They love the play area and the prize counter. The experience was great in all aspects of the visit.

Great experience! Friendly staff! They go above and beyond the call of duty! I mistakenly thought our appointment was at 11am when it was actually at 1pm. Instead of asking me to reschedule or come back later that day, we were seen within 5 minutes of arriving! The staff also went out of their way to accommodate my two toddlers. They used kid-friendly terms to help explain the procedures. Both my daughters were able to be seen at the same time. They had adjacent rooms with a window opening so that I could be “present” for both procedures. Also, at the end, the patient gets to pick a prize. My 3 year old daughter picked one thing but by the time we were checking out, she had changed her mind. Just as she was about to have a meltdown, the dental hygienist that had helped us earlier, went back and exchanged the toy for my daughter. The service attitude didn’t stop there. My children and I went to the nearby McAlister’s for lunch after the appointment. I happened to sit at the table across from the staff person that checked us out at Super Smiles. I sat down with my 3 children and realized that I forgot silverware. She happened to glance over and notice that I had my hands full and needed a fork for the meal. Instead of waiting for a waitress to come back around, she asked me what I needed, left her lunch date at the table, and went to the front to get us a fork! I was floored! These are great people! We will be back!

We have been going to Super Smiles for 9 years. The ladies in the office a friendly and respectful. Dr. Evan is amazing and will do anything in his power to make sure your children are taken care of!

Everyone was very nice. An very good with explaining things to Hailey. Plus we love having Dr Evans as are doctor. He has been great with my kids an they are very comfortable with him.

The first time I took my daughter here they told me she had four cavities. I decided to wait to have anything done because she has a lot of anxiety. Six months later I took her back for a cleaning and they told me she now had eight. They wanted me to schedule her at the surgery center for 8 fillings. I was skeptical so I took her elsewhere for a second opinion. Guess what? No cavities! None!!! Bunch of shysters.

Dr. Hahn and her assistants were amazing. So calm and gentle with Emma, even one assistant read a book with brother so he wouldn’t see what was going on during the procedure. No one likes to go to the dentist, but it makes it a pleasant experience when you have a kind Doctor and staff. Thank you all again for working so hard to get Emma taken care of today, especially on New Year’s Eve! Dr. Evan even stopped by to say hello to all of us. Again thank you to all of you at Super Smiles.

Come in with a frown, leave with a crown. Worst experience ever. Please do not take your children here. They told us my son needed 3 crowns. This raised some questions in my mind since we always have his teeth checked every 6 months and he didn't have a history of having any cavities. We ended up taking him to our family dentist (along with the xrays they had taken) and he confirmed that he didnt have any cavities at all!
