I cannot believe this place has any good reviews honestly. The good dentist that everyone is referring to retired and is no longer there. It was by far the worse experience I have ever had at any healthcare office. They are rude, pushy, unprofessional, argumentative amongst each other in front of patients, and SUPER slow. I received a coupon for cleaning and exam in the mail and I was so happy because my old dentist was retiring and I thought it was perfect timing. So I Called to schedule an appt and they had no openings for 4 months out but the coupon said you had to use within 30 days! I asked the lady when I called why they would send that out if they didn’t have availability and she said she would honor coupon. I thought great I’ll still go even though it’s pretty far out. That should have been my warning sign. I show up to my appointment sit for almost 40 min waiting, finally get called back only to get told the hygienist was out! I said that was fine and let them take xrays and do exam. The lady dentist there did not introduce herself I have no idea what her name was but she laughed when I told her my previous dentist name, so I asked her if she knew him and she said “no” and pulled her face mask up. She told me everything looked good and I asked her if I had cavities, YALL SHE LITERALLY SAID “ O I didn’t check” I should have left then. She said she didn’t see anything. They rescheduled me for 3 weeks out to do cleaning so I went back the second time. The hygienist was awful!!! She stuck her probe into my gums above each tooth to check my gum health and didn’t tell me “ this may be uncomfortable or painful”, nothing, just did it. It hurt like crazy and the probe is practically a needle so my gums where bleeding afterwards, FROM EVERYWHERE! After that was over, the treatment coordinator came out and told me they wanted to do a deep cleaning as well as THREE FILLINGS! I was so confused and told her the dentist told me I didn’t have any. She quoted me around 1000 dollars for cleaning and 600 for cavities. I told her I would need to reschedule because I didn’t prepare for that. The lady unidentified dentist came over and sat down and said “you have a question for me?” I explained that prev she told me I had no cavities and now the TREATMENT COORDINATOR is telling me I have THREE? Where are they and what’s going on? The hygienist came back out after she explained and told me maybe 6 times how big of a discount they were giving me! She told me they would not do any cleaning unless I paid for the deep cleaning. I took my bib off and told them thank you I will go somewhere else. Scheduled in with Crosstimbers Family Dental and was night and day difference. Office staff was professional, surprisingly I was told I didn’t need any sort of deep cleaning. And I had no cavities! I was in shock! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere from the get go. I promise you will have a horrible experience as well at this office. It was beginning to end AWFUL!

The Facts: Had my first appointment in January. I liked doctor Sigler very much and was planning to come back in January. I asked the front office receptionist to call me after my first appointment to answer some questions about Care Credit. She never called me. I called her back and told her never mind about Care Credit, but I needed her to find out from the technician who cleaned my teeth some instructions regarding my cleaning regimen. I never received a call. I called back again to no avail. I then left a message for the administrator to call me. He never called me. I gave up. In January I received my first phone call from their office, reminding me of my appointment. I explained why I had no intention of coming back. The woman, and I quote, said, "What can we do to make this right!", "I will have the dentist or the administrator call you." I agreed. Never heard from anyone. I then did an online chat with Jason from their website. Again, given an apology, I will have someone call you. Never heard from anyone. I feel someone does not have the dentist(s) back and they certainly don't have mine. They sent me a text asking for a review. Hmm.
