I appreciated them for recognizing my disappointment and making it right. I try to schedule the first appointment of the day. There's no time to get backed up and with Covid, there are fewer germs. I booked the first appointment of the day, but didn't get called back for 13 minutes. Everyone was apologetic. My care was excellent and there were no other delays. The office manager addressed my concern when I finished up and gave me a lovely gift. My family will continue to visit North Park!

A wonderful dental practice. Staff was courteous and efficient. Dr. Khan was professional and made me feel completely at ease. She discussed my case in detail and made sure I fully understand my options. The out of pocket costs were also disclosed in the beginning. The procedure was done very thoroughly and thanks to her my damaged tooth was saved and I actually avoided an implant.

Dr Singh was so gentle and he has exceptional manners. When you go to a dentist office you are usually nervouse. But when l go to North Park Family Dental l never have to worry or feel.nervous. And l thought l had alot of dental problems because l hadn't been to a dentist in 2yrs because if health issues. But 3 visits and l am finished for the year. Thank you North Park Family Dental. Dr. Khan and Dr Singh you are the greatest. I can smile and chew again. I went to Northpark dental for my routine check up and one again they didn't disappoint me
I was so glad to see the team and Dr Khan is amazing. She is so down to earth. She examined me and showed pictures of what needed to be done. And she asked Lisa to take a few more pictures so l know exactly what l am responsible for. She is fantastic l can't just say a few words about my experience. And l have referred people who are scared of dentist.
