Great experience! They worked well with my 12 year old, explaining to her the things she was curious about and teaching her proper dental hygiene and care. We got in to our appointments quickly and everyone was polite and professional.

The office staff is very friendly and courteous. I have been to several dentists over the years, and always dreaded going because of my anxiety. But the staff makes me feel comfortable, and explains everything thoroughly so I feel no anxiety at all. I highly recommend this place!!!

Invite typically not one to do feedback online but I think everyone should know how caring and sweet everyone is there. Specifically, I showed up for my appointment that began my treatment plan. However, once they knew I was in alot of excruciating pain and they went straight into extracting my infected tooth that was getting worse everyday unfortunately. Additionally, I’m a huge baby when it comes to needles butThat being said, everyone there from the dentist to assistants as well as clerical individuals. I’m so glad I decided to go there
Im not typically one to post on the internet but I strongly believe everyone should know that they’re there for you in every aspect of the way; no matter what. From being gentle to making sure your okay, and more. That within itself is really saying something.

To say I am afraid of the dentist is an understatement, I am TERRIFIED. The first time ever seeing Dr.Jake I felt so at ease. He made things so great for me and really took his time explaining everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He is wonderful!!!!!

The woman at the front desk is always welcoming and immediately checks me in to the hygienist. Jill was so detailed and careful, taking extra time around problem areas. The whole team watches out for YOUR best interest and takes time to clearly understand your wants and then figuring the best way to go about getting the results you want. Thanks El Reno dental!

I wish I felt more comfortable giving more stars, but I just don’t. 😔 I came in for a cleaning and was immediately rushed to the back. Then I was told to sit down and the lady started getting me ready. She never introduced herself. She started taking xrays and cut the roof of my mouth. Then she went on to my cleaning and never once told me what she was doing. She did say she was fresh out of dental school and had I known that, I probably would have went somewhere else. 😬 Then she got the doctor for me who saw me for literally 30 seconds and didn’t ask me any questions, didn’t look at my mouth except for the cut on my mouth and just said “yeah, those plastic things can be sharp.” Then left. The lady finished me up and wanted to schedule an appointment for me for next time. I told her I didn’t want to schedule one because of my work schedule. But she pushed to schedule me one anyways. This whole thing was never personable and I felt rushed the whole time. I won’t be coming back.
