I love the staff here - everyone from the front desk staff to the dental assistant and the dentist. They're all friendly and helpful. I've been to several dentists and this is the only place I trust now. They listen to me and take my concerns seriously. I can't say enough good things.

Got a filling, but it was too high and needed to be shaved down a bit. I called and made an appointment for 4:00 that day. I arrived early and waited in the waiting room for 35 minutes. I finally asked how long it would be before I was called back since I'd waited 35 past my appointment time. They said they didn't know. I got called back 10 minutes later. I was put in a room and the sweet girl apologized for the wait. By the time 5:30 rolled around I had still not been seen and there were still patients in front of me. I had waited a full hour and half and still saw no one. Needless to say I left, toothpain and all.
I must compliment the staff of the Dental Depot though. All the girls working the front desk are always pleasant and helpful and the dental hygenists and assistants are also professional and kind.

I had to have a crown replaced on a live tooth. They were really great even when the temp came off. They got me in the same day! Also, I appreciate their very sanitary office. Thank you Dr. Case.

My son is a special needs child and he's 3 years old. It was his first time at the dentist and I explained on his paper and to the nurse about his condition. He started crying but was still letting her brush his teeth. The exact minute he started crying the receptionist came up and said were gonna have to refer h to someone else. I said he's going to do this no matter where we go. And she said we don't want his experience to be dramatic. I said he doesn't understand he's got an illness. And they didn't care so we had to leave I guess they couldn't help me or handle my 3 year old son crying. Are you kidding me?
