What a wonderful team! The staff saw me on an emergency basis during the Covid 19 shut down. They enforced safe practices and took care of me. Dr. was awesome, super friendly and honest at a time they could easily take advantage of people. Grateful for Aspen Dental and would highly recommend!

After waiting from 3pm to 5:45 to see someone. Said I have a bad infection in my mouth. Why is it the next day and they still have not called in my neds but had no problem giving me a quote to fix my issues. Trust me I will be getting my teeth fixed but not from them because they have shown they don't care about patients just money!!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at dentist office in my life. The first visit was because I was in pain and they said I had an infection. After telling me I needed to spend $6500 to fix my teeth, I had to ask if they were going to give me any prescriptions for the infection or pain. He had to go ask the dentist. The next day they did 1 root canal and tried to do a second. I started with one dentist and sometimes an assistant was there and sometimes not, then a different dentist would work on my mouth for awhile. They were very UN-organized and had to keep giving me more shots because they kept wearing off. On fourth visit they were supposed to finish the 2nd root canal and do bone implants. After 3 hours all they had managed to do was finish the 1st root canal that was supposedly done on the second visit, chipped my front tooth with a dental tool, did not tell me about it and sent me home and charged me $500 for all this fun. I will never go back to this or any Aspen Dental. And I expect a refund on what you did not do but charged me for.

Update from my post below: Aspen contacted me & agreed to replace my crown. Dr Ryan was the dentist who would be doing the replacement and I am very content with the work he did. My crown looks more natural and fits a lot better. I was very impressed with the Aspen team and Dr Ryan!
Extremely disappointed with my experience with Aspen Dental in South OKC. I started my dental plan with them in March 2019. I went in needed my front tooth crown replaced. My insurance told me that my crown would be partially covered at that facility but after my appointment they told me it would not be covered and I would have to pay fully out of pocket for it. I scheduled an appt for a few months out so I could have time to get ahold of my insurance company and also save for the crown. After some back and forth phone calls they states that it was in fact covered so when I returned they tried to say again that it wasn't, I requested that they check and call my insurance in front of me after waiting some time in an office it turned out that they had put stated to my insurance they the front crown had been replaced within the past 5 years which was not true. I had the crown for over ten years (insurance won't pay if its been within 5 year) I figured everyone makes mistakes so I continued my treatment plan with them. While preparing my tooth for the crown they put on a temp crown which fell off every 2 days. I had to return multiple times to have my temp crown re-cemented and on one particular Friday, my temp crown fell off around 11am. I called to get schedule to have it re-cemented that day and the office manager told me that they close at 1 on fridays and they would not be able to re-cemented it until Monday. I was so frustrated by this point. It is my front tooth and they want me to wait until Monday. I started crying out of frustration and then he said they could get me in. After a month with the temp crown my actual crown came in. Dr Phillips placed the crown and I was shocked at how poorly it was placed. It looked like she just stuck it on there and it was twice the width size of my other teeth. I made a comment and was dismissed. Told that it just seems that way because its new. I gave it a few weeks to adjust just still was just upset. I returned to have it looked at and another dentist at Aspen agreed that it was bigger and did not match my other tooth so she filed it down and reshaped it which took the coloring off and made that tooth whiter than my other teeth and it still looked like it had just been stuck on there. I have since had the option of two other dentist which agree that Dr Phillips botched my crown and now Im left to pay completely out of pocket for a new crown to replace the one she messed up. Photo is after the other dentist tried her best to fix the crown in hopes that it would look decent enough to not be replaced.

Was excited to use this place. I had something come up the day of my appointment and needed to reschedule. I called and was told by the woman who answered that she was too busy to help me at the moment so I would need to call back later to reschedule. Its been 2 weeks. I have called 3 times and left 3 voicemails and none of them have been returned. Won't be wasting my time trying to call again. So disappointed.

Very friendly staff! I had a very difficult wisdom tooth removal... I know it was taxing on the dentist and the dental assistant, but they remained very pleasant. They got that pesky tooth out, and I am one happy patient! The entire team was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back.

Great Experience! Dr. Jones made me feel very comfortable despite my considerable anxiety. Very happy with the work done. Staff were courteous and friendly. Did not get a call back from the office manager after leaving multiple messages needing to ask questions in order complete my proceedure, but in the end it worked out.

I had a tooth break off & I got in right away. Very friendly staff & Dr. Ryan was caring & answered my questions. I've had a few bad experiences in the past that have lead to a lot of anxiety everytime I walk into a dentists office, I explained this to the Dr. & he was so understanding & had a plan to help me with my anxiety. Means the world when the Dr. really listens.

I lost my front tooth after yrs. of being splinted to an adjacent one. I received my partial yesterday and it looks awesome.They accepted the voucher from my Choctaw tribal program and my insurance. I was not out any "out of pocket" expense. The employees & Dentist, from my first appointment could not have been nicer or more helpful. It's me, it's me, it's me again. They truly were a part of giving me my SMILE back...
