I have no complaints about the care & professionalism displayed with my visits. I am concerned with the upfront fees they request as my portion of payment even though I had preauthorization from my dental insurance stating my portion to be half of what they were requesting. I refuse to overpay for services that my insurance will cover just to have them give me a credit. What’s the purpose of pre authorization?

Ive been to multiple dentists, all have screwed up my teeth horribly. Fillings never last. Teeth break. Just trouble and pain.
However; with Timm my teeth lasted longer, fillings were better. He took the time and he has the knowledge. I wish I lived in Bend still and had thr ability to go see him because I know with Timm, my bite will always be perfect, my teeth will last for year's and he's there to provide solid fixing and not just put a bandaid on it and send you on your way.
