This was my first time coming to see them I have dental phobia and although it doesn't say they specialize in that; they were the most kindest and gentle people I have ever met in the dental industry, I was not afraid at all. They explained everything that I needed done and the steps we would take to get them done! Their main concern at purecare dental is your dental health and it showed in the way they treated me and worked with me! Thank you Tyler Fix you and your staff are absolutely amazing!

The entire PureCare Dental staff is really great. I always feel appreciated as a customer and patient. The doctors and hygienists are informative without being even the slightest bit condescending. The best is my teeth are always super clean, white, and shiny when I leave. I always really feel as though I have received the best care.

Great dental practice have excellent communication on appointments. Very conscientious hygienists and Drs. Super gentle during cleanings and procedures. Have the whole family going to this practice now with no complaints.

Fabulous experience, as usual. I have never had such an all-around, consistent, great experience with a dental office, or ANY business, actually. So, I guess I really am crediting the staff. What a GREAT crew! They are all so warm, friendly, caring, and professional. It's more like you're surrounded by a group of your old friends that are simultaneously taking care of your dental needs, even though they remember what's going on in your life (i.e. "so, did your nephew come visit you last week?) What a great team. And on top of that, Dr. V was able to repair some previous dental work for me that wasn't done quite properly in the first place. I rate every employee here an A+. This is the best and most thorough dental care I have ever received! As a new patient, they began with xrays, then examined the outside of my jaw joints, temples, lymph nodes and my neck. Then the doctor examines the bone depth for possible bone loss. They check the xrays to see what kind of tartar is built up between the teeth. Then the dental technician performs an amazing cleaning and is able to remove all the plaque that had built up over the years. The dental tech also uses magnifying glasses with a special light in order to see as much as possible. They have the newest technological equipment. My teeth have never been cleaner!
All of the staff is very friendly and puts you at ease. They are taking all precautions against coronavirus as you have to wear a mask anytime you are not in the dental chair, even if you are just moving to a different room. They also have air purifiers in each room. You can also fill out new patient forms online. And they only allow one person in the lobby at a time.
They have a membership program to make cleaning more affordable. You pay a one-time fee of $99 to sign up. Then you pay a certain amount each month (which they deduct from your bank account so you don't have to pay a bill each month). This amount depends on the level of cleaning you need. So I need 3 cleanings a year instead of the normal 2. My price is $39.50 per month. Since my teeth needed some extra services, I saved money on the extra "root planning", which is normally $244...I paid $122. And the "comprehensive oral exam" is normally $115 and I paid $99. If you recommend friends or family, you will be entered into a drawing (which features different prizes each month, like $100 spending spree at the Old Mill).
I highly recommend this dental practice and can't say enough good things about them!

My dental hygienist is always pleasant, all the office staff are great. I never have to wait and everything is explained very well. We have the whole family coming to Pure Care and we have been very happy with the care we receive.

Every time I visit Pure Care Dental it is a positive experience. I used to fear going to the dentist but their approach of creating a dental plan and reviewing it, intermingled with regular cleaning appointments, has made it an experience I want to have. I feel interactive care is something that is very important for people who are afraid of going to the dentist. Ashley is a wonderful and careful hygienist, she is kind and caring as well. We discuss my progress each time I visit. I can't wait to start my reconstruction phase of creating a better smile! It has always been the one thing that has bothered me the most, now I can see a light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you Dr. C and Pure Care Dental.

After several, several years of neglecting my mouth, I knew it was time for a dentist appointment and I was utterly horrified. PureCare Dental made me feel so comfortable and at ease which was so refreshing considering my anxiety about my teeth. A much needed deep cleaning left me feeling confident to smile, and I actually look forward to when I get to go back for a cleaning! Thank you for being so wonderful and for making my mouth so much healthier!

Years ago I was lucky to have insurance that covered Dr. Cadwell's Pure Care Dental providers. Then (gasp) my new insurance didn't cover Pure Care. I was forced to see another dentist and let me tell you, it was nowhere near the service, professionalism, and in my humble opinion, technical capabilities that Dr. Cadwell and his team provide with ease. Then I found myself with no dental insurance at all, and I seriously couldn't RUN back to Pure Care Dental fast enough! Velvet was awesome at explaining the membership program - and what a GREAT DEAL that is! Now I feel as if I almost have dental insurance again, even though I don't. The dental assistant and hygienist were all great too! And then there's Dr. Cadwell and, well, you just can't get any better!
