HORRIBLE. The only people that are nice, caring and competent are the dental assistants. If you want to be treated with respect and caring concern AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. You will not get the care you deserve. Even the dentist was rude and shamed me for not getting 2 crowns that I could not afford.
I want in for an infection and was given antibiotics and an appointment for and URGENTLY needed root canal 3 MONTHS IN THE FUTURE. I expressed my concern at having to wait so long and was told that I was on a cancellation list so "it should be sooner than that". Fast forward a month later, the infection started again. I called the office and the receptionist took a detailed message and assured me that she would talk to the dentist about giving me more antibiotics and call me back. She never did. I ended up going to urgent care because of it. Fast forward another month and a half and the infection was coming back. I again called the office, knowing that they will not be able to do my root canal if there is an infection and my appointment was in a week. Then I was told that I did not have an appointment for a root canal, I had an appointment for fillings. Excuse me what??? "So you are telling me that I came in for this tooth problem and you scheduled me for filings?"....
The receptionist did not even respond she just put me on hold without a single word....RUDE. AND I was left on hold for 13 minutes before she came back on and said "we can get you in but not until January.....this is November....I told her this would not work for me. I already waited 3 months. She cut me off and put me on hold again with out asking me to hold. She came back on and offered me an appointment a month away. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on eternal hold.....after 10 minutes I hung up.
I called a new dentist Dr. Larson and they got me scheduled for a new patient appointment 7 days out. I called back and cancelled my appointment and told them I was transferring care. Also they are going to have to redo the fillings that were previously done at Advantage less than a year ago because they were not done correctly.......BAD BAD BAD customer service and BAD patient care!

My daughter was so scared the first time she came in she couldn’t even get her teeth cleaned and I felt so bad. Everyone was very nice about it. Today I went in with her and everyone was very nice and helped her through the cleaning and the girls acted so excited and proud of her for getting through it and I think she felt very proud of herself so THANK YOU so much for your patience and for being so great with my daughter!!!

Dr. Menka is wonderful! The rest of the staff is just as lovely. They ensure each visit that I am comfortable and that when I leave, all of my questions were answered. I’m very happy with Advantages Dental and would recommend them to anyone!

If ur looking for Oscar I found him lol the dental assistant that we all knew and loved at advanced pediatric dentistry is now at advantage dental and not only did I have the pleasure of him being the dental assistant on my visit but the dentist he worked with was so gentle, kind and patient with me the whole way through... He kept informing me of my options asking for my input and made sure I was not in pain the whole time I was there I would recommend him to anyone and everyone incredible team I was highly impressed

Today was my second time going to this facility and from my own personal experience i can say that it is by far one of the best in the region. My hygienist, Bailey, is great! She is fast, accurate, and gives great advice on how to maintain good healthy habits for your teeth. The front desk staff, Tzitzi and Sara, are very helpful and well organized. They communicate great with the clients and above all are friendly and professional.

Took almost year to be seen, they canceled 1 appointment rescheduled it for three to six months later, they canceled 2 appointment, rescheduled for a couple days later, because dentist called in both times, work that needed done didn't need done by the time we actually saw dentist, tooth fell out on its own cavity was gone

Always a good experience! Dr. Peterson has been my dentist for the past 5 years. Even after I moved to Walla Walla 2 years ago I still make the drive and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The staff is super nice and always pleasant to deal with.

Dr. Dolan is the best dentist I have been to for years! My wife and I appreciate how he explains every scenario so we can make the best decision. I went in yesterday with a broken tooth and he was fast while still having remarkable bed side manners!
