The dentist is very good. He's pretty patient and actually listened when I had any issue's while being worked on. The receptionist isn't very easy to work with but once u get past her, the rest of the team is great.

Visited today. Friendly receptionist, awesome hygienist, cool dentist. Facility and equipment very nice. It's great to have this clinic close to home in La Pine!

This entires office's operations are collapsing. They reschedule appts without notification...dont return calls....you cannpt reaxh anyone. They let me come from redmond to my appt only to tell me my normally covered procedure wouldnt be covered because it wasnt done within a year and it had benn a cpl weeks beyond that...they also never told me my denture had to have a hard relighn within a year EVER. I cld go on and on but I wont. My teeth/ dentures are my livelihood as I work front desk at a realty office and now they are cracked and broken with a year? I cant get them fixed bc of a lack of them not informing me on anything. That place is falling apart. I am leaving once I get this stupid denture fixed. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I guess they dont care bc many of their patients have OHP.

Although I did have an issue with Google Maps' guidance in finding your campus ( it was really my fault,) the campus is easy to find because of the big sign right at the edge of the parking area.

I've been going here 2 years..before my last visit last week, I would have given only 1 star..now they've revamped and have a new dentist and hygienist and they're both awesome. And they'll now have alternate options for teeth whitening.

Dr. Wasserman is the best Dentist, very knowledgeable,caring and gentle. I would highly recommend her and her staff.

I went to the office in bend Oregon just as the pandemic started and it was horrible ended up with a dislocated jaw, I tried calling and going to a different office today and they have a locked door policy you can't walk in to get help and no one is interested in answering the phone

Out with the old.....in the the new!! Wow! Is all I can say! The staff are a well oiled machine.... the vibe is relaxed and upbeat.....no more TENSION as with the former crew! THANK YOU Erica (front desk) and everybody else..... you guys are AMAZING!

Whole new staff treated me really good amazing dentist I was always nervous about a dentist but when I was sitting in that chair they treated me really good. So if anybody needs a good dentist go to advantage dental they will treat you like family thank you guys....

The front desk receptionists was a very awesome person at making a person feel both welcome and satisfied about the services they would be receiving.I was most pleased with the speedy treatment I was given.I would recommend this dentist alone because he is very patient with you and very informative on explaining what's wrong in your mouth.
